Despite Chase formally acknowledging my Cease and Desist request and the protections provided under the 'One Big Beautiful Bill' frameworks I have established, they continue to 'Execute' high-pressure correspondence demanding payments from funds that are legally protected for my survival. Chase is 'Bypassing' the law and 'De-Regulating' my health and peace of mind by ignoring the fact that there is no 'Direct Current' available in my 'Vault' for consumer debt. Unfortunately the times I've been in, they have been short staffed. Hopefully today will be the last time having to be in this location. There is no proper check in process to reach a banker. Also if you have to wait there's no restroom in the branch, and there is not even the restaurant you can run to next door one time I had to go to a tree to use the bathroom. They do have good music playing to hear why you wait in line. It's a mix between two and three stars in this review. I do believe Jonathan is great a helping people, he's just not supported by upper management the way they treat the staffing at this location in the environment for customers is lackluster. Location on 161 and Cleveland avenue is similar. But I've had more positive experiences at other branches I only stay with this bank because I used to work for them in the call center. They also changed their policy with safe deposit boxes so I'm thinking about leaving this bank.
