Doug cut through the complicated verbiage in by-laws, master deeds, and policies, and presented clear and honest advice. He guided me step by step on what actions to take, and gave me truthful information that others were either misinforming me about or withholding from me. Doug was very easy to reach by phone and willingly made time for me. On the few occasions when someone else in the office answered the phone, they were also polite and welcoming, and relayed my messages accurately. Doug consistently got back to me quickly. He is generous, kind, and patient. I love being able to support a local, family owned business - and it's great that the business is still going strong for so many decades, this is the only place I trust to handle my personal tax returns and small business. Each year I always receive timely communications to prepare for my filing, its detailed in what they will need from me so I can have everything ready to go to make the appointment efficient for all. I do prefer to work directly with Heidi (the owner/her father passed down the business!) but I do trust the other staff to help prepare my filings. Heidi has been nothing but professional, friendly, and efficiently answers any questions we have along the way. This office has always been able to file for me compliantly for over 20 years. Appointments during busy filing season are hard to come by so make sure to schedule early and have your paperwork in order. The office puts in the work 7 days a week during busy season and I am so incredibly grateful for the evening and weekend hours they offer. Depending on the complexity of your filing, they offer phone and in person appointments - even into late evening.
