They indeed have special "Salzburger" specials, or you stick to Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu or Kaiserschmarn. The one and only challange is to fin this place. Best description I've heard and read. Turn left (or right, depends from where you are coming) at the traffice island and then just follow the road. If you think "That's not possible I've to be wrong, then you are on the right way, just keep on traveling. It's not a typical touristic place and the also locals are coming here. The menu offers a lot of variety (soups, salads, typical dishes such of the "Wiener Schnitzel") The staff is very kind and welcoming, and it is reachable at any moment during the meal. The surroundings of the restaurant are nice and very typical, and the building is itself located on the side of a mountain, offering a nice view for those who eat outside (which wasn't our case because it was raining, I'm just guessing on this one).

Beautiful paintings portray the heroic struggles of the Austrian people. Call at least one day in advance for fondue or spare ribs - their specialties. Our dining crew had the noodle soup, salad, cheese fondue and a veggie dish. The cheese fondue was solid - presented with pretzels, pearl onions, grapes, baby corn, pickles and hot peppers. The cheese was well liked by 3 out of 4 people and tasted very similar to other fondue restaurants. All enjoyed the meal. Kompliments to the kaiser for the solid Apple strudel - one of only two desserts offered since it was 10pm when we were ready for dessert.
