While it seems like they always have these hard to believe sales, they are actually a very elegant clothier for menswear. With this being said, I never go in and buy anything at all price. It seems as though that all of their products will go on sale at some point within three weeks, so if you wait, you can get a pretty sweet deal. What's really nice about chain stores like this is that once you find your size in something, and the people who work at the store will gladly help you out, you never really have to try on clothes again. I find all of their shirts, suits, and pants are consistent in size. Just go in, and by what you need in your size. Now, there are two stores in the Toledo area. There is one located at the Franklin Park Mall and this one. Levis Commons is the location to go to! The location at the Franklin Park Mall is strongly lacking in customer service. No one smiles and you may not get service if you are not slightly dressed up. Go figure? The people who work at the Levis Commons location really have their act together. They go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are satisfied with what you are buying. I'm a person who strives on customer service, and Mike is probably the best person in the Toledo area for this company. Whether you're going in there just to look or to actually buy, the people at the store help you out - even going so far as to help you put your coat on and carrying your items to a dressing room. The biggest thing I noticed, was they like to get to know you. Two separate people on different occasions inquired gently as to what I did for a living, and suggested items that I could use in that setting. They were not trying to be nosy - I think they actually try to build business relationships. It really is the little things that separate a good from a bad store.

He helped me set up what is called a "retail group" which has made it really easy for my groomsmen to go to Jos. A bank and know exactly which suit to get. When I went in there that day I honestly had no intention to actually buy a suit. Joseph made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable and he really did seem like he was doing everything he could to get me and my friends the best deal. I have a total of 7 groomsman and have since brought my future brother and father in law (who bought 2 suits) in to that same location. I can honestly say that our encounter with Joseph Mcclane the first day is the reason we chose to get all 10 suits through Joseph A bank.

My complaint is regarding Ross's policy of not allowing shopping carts out of the store. This means I am limited to buying small items that can be carried out of the store while still having both hands free to use my walker. This is a terrible way to treat handicapped customers. I couldn't possibly run away with a shopping cart even if I wanted to. I will drive a little farther and take my business back to TJ Maxx. They know how to treat their handicapped customers.

She told me how brave I was for coming into the store. She shared her experience of losing a lot of weight and showed me her belly, basically trying to make me feel comfortable about my imperfections. A comment or two I could have brushed off, but I felt that the conversation about body size just continued. I had walked in just looking for a good pair of leggings not at all feeling out of place. Just because a woman wears a Large and may not fit the fitness industry's standards of an ideal body does not mean that I am not healthy or active. The associate thought she was being helpful but made it very awkward. Please just stick to answering the questions of your patrons.

Everything she brought me I loved. EVERYTHING! Did I need a different size? She had it in no time. When I asked her what she thought, she was honest and gave great critiques. How should I wear this skirt? Mya had an answer. What color should I pair this with? Here's another top to try. All I really went in for was that pair of boots. I walked out with five skirts, two tops, three body suits, and that gorgeous pair of boots. I have never had such excellent service at any clothing store. She picked literally every piece I purchased. And I have never been that impressed and pleased with someone's taste. Mya was amazing! I am without question going back to this store again. She fell in LOVE with one dress in particular, it was like it was made for her, she was absolutely beaming, but it was just a tad too small and we felt going up one size would be the best. They didn't have that dress in their store in the size we needed, so the sales girl checked around and another store had it. She asked if we wanted it shipped to their store, took down all my info and said she would get it ordered. 10 days later I've still heard nothing, I called and left a message after about 7 days of not hearing, no return call. So on Monday I call again and leave yet another message (and their recording says I'd get a call back within 24 hours... did not), again no return call. Finally I emailed the Toledo store directly and a few hours later I get a call. They basically admitted they never ordered the dress. In the end we had to scramble to find a dress that my daughter didn't really like, nor did it fit well, but it was the best we could do last minute. It definitely affected her confidence and how she felt that evening. She was so excited about that dress and was crushed when I told her nobody ever bothered to order it (and she ordered it from her favorite sales associate so that upset her too because they had a convo about it) I'm really disappointed because that was our "go to" store for formal/dress wear and I have daughters so it's a place we frequent a lot. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt with Windsor's serious delay in getting back to me due to homecoming season and stores being swamped, but after 2 calls that were never returned and me finally having to send an email to get a half ass apology phone call is just poor customer service. And Oh my God, their inventory is so stinking cute. I probably spend hundreds every month on Carters alone and it's so worth it. This location is one of the moderately sized locations and the associates keep it neat and organized. They have it sectioned off by girl, boy, and neutral and the associates are friendly and can assist you if you want to put an outfit together. Carters has collections so if you check the tags it will have a symbol like a star, lei, heart, etc. Then you can have the associate show you everything in that collection with the matching symbol so your baby will always have a wardrobe that flows together. Now yes, babies barely wear clothes and grow too damn quick, luckily Carters is very affordable and they have killer sales almost daily. Their return policy is heavenly because there is no expiration on how many days you have to return an item. They also have Carter's rewards so when you spend a certain amount you get 'rewards' to spend next time you come back in the store. Definitely add your email to their mailing list so you can get coupons and have more ways to save. I will say their online store seems to make their items smaller in the sleeves, so either go to the store or order the next size up on the site because they do tend to shrink a tad bit when you wash them.
