They were to cut up a huge fallen tree and move a cement part of the walkway back in its place after the tree root was removed. They invoiced me and I immediately paid in full. They ghosted me for days....finally popping back up and texted 2 random photos that did not address the walkway piece. I have called, texted and emailed For about 2 weeks now... and they have NOT reached back out. We never had any negative interactions and they were paid immediate what they requested. But they have offered zero follow through and have refused to answer any of my questions regarding the job I paid for. Yet they are posting on Facebook to solicit new customers. The job included new windows and a door (complete with doggy door for the pups), new siding, interior finishes, new tile plank flooring, electrical, concrete work, and a mini-split for heating and cooling. Everyone who sees it says the same thing - it looks like it's been there all along. They matched the existing house exactly, and everything has been top quality materials and installation. Kyle is something of a perfectionist, and he wouldn't accept anything less. I've worked with GC's in the past who talked a good game, promised the stars, and then disappeared in the dust they left behind. Kyle was on site at every critical stage, he stayed on top of his work crews insisting on professionalism and perfection, and he bird-dogged the project until the last screw was in place and the last touch-up of paint was complete. He's likely not the cheapest renovation contractor around, but I have complete confidence in his work, his workmanship, and his word.
