Finally got through to him and set up an appointment and he didn't show up at the worksite. Straight to voicemail again and never heard from him after that. Unbeknownst to me my wife called him 2 weeks later to schedule work on our home. He said he'd call her back to schedule something and never did. I don't get it. I'm very happy to pay for work- it doesn't seem to get any easier than returning calls and showing up for appointments. If they show up they may do great work. We just never got that far.
