I called about two garage doors that needed motors replaced and one whole door needing replaced. The service person was nice and the workers did arrive as scheduled and told me their opinion. They quoted me over $1200 and without doing research I was ready to make the move with the repair. They were given the model numbers of the units to see if a motor replacement would be cheaper if they could locate one and they were to call back. NOTHING! For someone who was ready to shell out that kind of money you think they would follow up on the sale and do on their end what they do. Going on three weeks with no response I looked on craigslist to locate identical units for $75 bucks and in return saved over $900. Do yourself a favor and do business only after researching...and with businesses who follow up with their customers....they lost a good amount of money on me. read more
