This establishment have a some what strict policy when it comes to checking in and bag handling. You need to leave your bags in pickup zone where you get drop off at and walk to the front counter to get check-in and so on. Quite simple and the hospitality is amazing. They have courtesy shuttle and golf carts to take you around especially when you have many luggage to drag around. Their gym room was okay, nothing exciting or amusing. Simple get in and out, definitely suggest that the establishment bump it up a notch, just outdated and not that many equipment to choose from. Love their breakfast buffet every morning. Their choices was definitely worth attending. I have to say, it was an easy transaction when it come to being seated and any order of coffee or juice, they was on point. Anything you requested they are more then happy to assist with the best of their knowledge and availability, outstanding and professional services. Of course, with the price you pay, expectations should be kept to a minimum. The place isn't the cleanest, nor the brightest. You will be greeted by a receptionist that sometimes could be your masseur too and there's nothing wrong with that if it helps keep the rate down. The massage area is made up of wooden walls that separates your room from the next one. There is no door, just a flimsy curtain to keep your privacy. The ceiling is bare with iron plumbings in plain view. The massage room is a bit dark and does not have anything to pur your clothes on so you'll have to either settle with the floor or ask them for a hanger. The massage table is sturdy but the linens look worn out and at least the head hole does not smell. The towel isn't the best too as it looks like the ones you buy at php100.00 from the malls. The massage itself though is very good. I didn't get the name of my masseur but he has a really strong, steady hands. He expertly kneads, glides, and applies the right amount of pressure I felt the stress disolving under his masterful palms. This place gets a 3 because there are definitely better alternatives in Cebu. For php100.00/hour though, the price is a steal and you'd be crazy not to trt this place out. The trick here is to keep your expectations to a minimum and just have a relaxing time. I recommend that you drop by at least once to experience their services.
