I love how you can take your paint choices and look at them under nice lighting and a white desk to get a feel for the colour, and if it's not the one, you can return the paint chip in a slot in the desk - so no need to re-find and replace. Lots of different grades of paint as well - the staff was really friendly and very knowledgable about the paint and made good suggestions for our paint project. Plenty of paint supplies in the store and also it looked like there were teaching classes available re: painting. Overall, a really nice and easy place to get some good quality paint! Had a small issues with a mistint, the didn't even blink and eyelash.. the entire 5 gallons were retinted, applied to a primed surface for testing and color matching.. the rock ! Prices are great, but even better when they offer a buy one get one deal... they will let you buy untinted base and color at a future date.

The store is large and well stocked but unfortunately the staff is extremely unhelpful to the point of being completely incompetent. The clerk that sold the gallon to me lied to me when I asked him to keep a record of my purchase for future reference. On my return trip, when I was looking for more of the same paint another clerk, this time a female, gleefully jerked me around wasting my time doing everything she could to frustrate my attempts to find my paint color; telling me over and over there was nothing she could do to help me. When I was able to recall the name of the paint color it turns out they have three versions on file and that same super clerk couldn't even describe the differences between the colors. Don't go to this store if you want help or if you'd like to be able to return for more of the same color. I'm sure it's fine for large contractors but for homeowners, do your self a favor and go to any other store, you'll get actual service that way.
