I personally know Eddie McBee and I sat in High School History class with him day and and day out at Woodward High School. Any complaints about him not being able to make it to the Shattuck area to blow out sewer lines are completely unnecessary. The KKK is very active in the Shattuck area, and I would not want Eddie or his friend Michael P. to come in contact with any racists! I love both Eddie and Michael as friends and hope they continue to prosper in the Woodward and Fort Supply area of Northwest Oklahoma!

Nice store but we were unable to get any assistance on getting a part for our mini split. They just keep telling us the man that does that is out on sick leave and I guess no one else in the store is able to assist us with getting the part. We bought our mini split here and had the extended warranty and still can get no assistance. I will not recommend this store for any reason. It is really upsetting to think that the store we bought the unit from will not assist in getting the part I guess due to it being under warranty. Good size store and well laid out, but I had a hard time rating this store. It is divided into…read moremultiple sections such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical and I have had nothing but great service out of the plumbing section but both the electrical and heat and air sections are terrible and the employees in those sections get grumpy if they have to get off their stools to help. In addition I understand they cater to contractors which is a good thing that I support but in a town the size of Woodward just ignoring everyone who is not a contractor can't be helping their business as well as it sucks to be just the everyday customer trying to support their store instead of going to a big box store. Oh and don't plan on getting a fair price unless your an account holder and that takes a credit app even if you plan on paying cash for everything (no wonder why everyone these days has such a hard time maintaining a good credit score when they want to run a credit app to get a decent price on a light switch). Sad another store with no competition that forgot who keeps the doors open in the end it's always the little guy paying whether it's through a contractor or a DIY'er and with the cost of simple repairs going up so much people are bound to start trying things more on their own, something they should remember!
