I am a mortgage processor that works for a large bank lender. One of our members (or more aptly, their Realtor) chose this title provider for their home sale and purchase. While the women that work there are pleasant, they have no sense of urgency in getting your title done. Your closing date is just a suggestion to them. If you want title paperwork done promptly and not a week before your closing date I would recommend you find a different title company. read more
