It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown. I suppose they think these flags will just be mostly tossed out after July 4. Deja was extremely professional both before the signing day and as a notary, I had clear agreement as to the cost of the service, which was somewhat less than other quotes. Deja reconfirmed to me in email after we first spoke and again the day before the signing. She appeared at the client's office 15 minutes early, and did not complain that we were 15 minutes after the appointment time before signing began. Through the signing process, she was very helpful in confirming presence of all required signature prior to notarizing and helped keep my clients and two other witnesses focused on the document at hand before moving to the next document. These are the meeting skills that I normally associate with paralegal assistance. She remained with the group until we verified all executions, witnesses and notarizations were required.
