Lanquestrian Ltd. is a friendly Equestrian Centre which operates an ABRS riding school, a saddlery shop and has livery and facility hire. It has a brand new fantastic light and airy large indoor arena measuring 50m x 23m, so it is suitable for all disciplines. In addition it has a 22m x 42m outdoor arena and 2 miles+ of off road hacking tracks and also a show jumping and cross country jumping paddock. Lanquestrian has just launched its new gold membership where riders with their own horses can have FREE use of the facilities with 1 private hire a month so at £240 for the year it is excellent value. No other stables in the area can compete with such a facility and so they have launched this membership to allow those in the surrounding area to benefit from the facilities.
Horse Riding is available at Lunebank Riding Centre which is based on-site, LRC has 38 quality and well behaved horses and ponies. The centre offers riding lessons, hacking and carriage driving tuition. Class sizes are limited and there are many qualified instructors who have experience in all different specialisms from dressage to show jumping to cross country and even carriage driving. Sessions can be private, semi private or group and costs are very reasonable and you would have to go a long way to get the same quality tuition and facilities.
