It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team. Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked. Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business. Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

If you've clicked on the name hoping for answers, I'm afraid you won't find any here. 'Ace' sounds like the name of a slick second hand car dealer rather than a door salesman, but the staff are actually all very friendly and helpful, especially considering they probably deal with several people every hour who, like myself, have absolutely no idea about anything when it comes to doors. The shop does what it says on the tin - it sells a large range of doors (and handles). I don't have the first clue when it comes to the prices of doors (they had a very nice looking dark veneered wooden door on display for £749, apparently a £100 discount), and a quick peruse on the B&Q website seems to suggest Ace4Door's prices are competitive. I'd recommend it, even if you're just looking to pop in with some questions, and not actually buy, as the staff clearly know what they're talking about.

This is a family run business and the owner is a greedy man who cared about taking money from the customers regardless of if the work is done His son came out to inspect my car and when he could not fix the issue, he tried to charge me £150 for coming out to diagnose the problem with his little laptop when the issue was not fixed. His dad phoned and demanded the full money even though the issue with my car/keys was not fixed. He was still adamant that i pay him either £100 inc £60 for a call out fee and £40 to repair my current key, or £80 for just diagnosing my car. The son was very sarcastic and said the 'Fuel is not cheap' My car still does not switch on with my current key. Despite this the employee did not care, neither did his father. They conned me out of £100 for doing nothing and I still have a car which does not start
