Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these "chiropractors" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I have a neck and shoulder injury from a sports injury that occurred about many years ago. Over…read morethe years I have used several forms of treatment to address the pain (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, Pilates). I am convinced that it takes a combination of treatments, including chiropractic, to address the problem. Over the years I went to (at least) five chiropractors - Scott Simerman was the only only that produced visible and permanent healing. Scott uses a much different technique than any other I've experienced. Although there can be some aggressive manipulations, it is not really a bone manipulation form of treatment. It addresses nerve tension in the spinal column. On my first visit, he performed a pretty aggressive stretch to my neck that instantly improved my health - I was out of pain. It took several regular visits to ultimately correct the problem. When I started, I lived nearby and visited almost weekly in the early stages. Over time, I tapered off. These days I am a less frequent patient as I live about an hour away. However, I still see him for maintenance as I've aged I am active and still vulnerable to relatively minor spinal stress. If you're in pain, I recommend him highly. I also recommend finding a good massage therapist, and Pilates to stretch and improve posture.

They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.
