The man in the shop was very friendly and helpful when I went in to ask some questions about a particular map I was looking for. I have bought two or three from their website since then. UPDATE OCT 2008 - superb friendly service again from (another!) Jane this time. She gave me a lot of time to explain what maps were available and how I can 'design my own', despite the shop being busy and the fact that she had to leave minutes after my visit. Highly recommended - don't buy maps anywhere else!!
