From the very beginning Andrew and his team were there to guide us through our journey of building our dream home. We met Andrew on our newly purchased land for the first time and shared our vision for our forever home. He encouraged us to dream big and visualize exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed with this builder. Would not recommend, he does not listen to our wishes and does what he wants. Disrespectful, will not respond back in a timely manner if he responds at all (timely meaning within a day which is not much to ask). Building a house is stressful enough, for our first house we were hoping to enjoy the process and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I could go on and on, before you select this contractor ask for a list of all his clients in the past few years and CONTACT THEM to ask their opinion. read more

We selected LaRoche Builders from a number of CSFIC authorized contractors to complete our foundation replacement project. We chose LaRoche based on the stellar reputation that Andrew LaRoche has in the building industry. Our job required excavation, demolition, and replacement of the crumbling foundation, removal and reinstallation of all utilities, the addition of a 14 X 16 sunroom and finished grading of the property.
