DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They filed our taxes incorrectly, we got audited (which was how we found out it was done incorrectly), and ended up owing a lot more than originally thought. When we showed them the letters we received they told us the IRS was correct, so admitting they were filed incorrectly. People were nice, but the environment was disgusting as well. I like Larry. He's always done great at probing me for possible write-offs. I can tell he wants to minimize our tax burden as much as possible. I can see the scheduling scenario play out (as cited in the previous review) because yes, administratively, it's a little loose. But they are very affordable and very good at what they do.
