For around 25 min of work they send me a bill for around $200. The bill showed they charged me $98 for the valve that was replaced. I googled the same valve and it turned out between $10-$12. I know each company have a service charge of X amount which will applied to the repair however that was not the case here.I called I was hoping the owner tells me it was typo error. Not only that he was very adamant that his charge was reasonable for 25 min of work. I ended up paying the balance and told him next time when I need service I'll make sure my Home Warrenty send me a different company. Now simple rule of business is hold on tight to your customer rather than advertise for a new one.
