Five staff members were behind the counter and they operated so smoothly. The young lady who took our order was extremely helpful and friendly. They actually cut your deli sandwich order meat and cheese to order! All the ingredients from the toppings (lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, jalapenos etc) to the meats and cheese were just so incredibly fresh. I had the original Italian (mini) and hubby the regular big kahuna or something similar in name. The mini Italian was absolutely delicious and cold which was perfect as we had been hiking. The big kahuna was also terrific in flavor. Bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back. I don't believe I have ever ranked a sandwich shop five stars but from service to food quality to cleanliness, it's obvious the owner/management truly care and it shows.
