I called in the morning about bringing my car in and was greeted with a friendly, concise and informed representative. When I arrived I met a professional, knowledgeable inspector who completed the inspection 15 min flat. He was patient with me while I sorted out my insurance information. I took my girlfriend's car here because it was the closest State Inspection facility near University of Houston. I got there around 2pm and there was no wait, Larry was very friendly and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes! OMG! Fastest inspection EVER! Went ona Tuesday at 11:30am. I called 5 mins before my arrival and was advised there was no wait. When I arrived 5 mins later, there literally was NO WAIT. I hate when people say there's no wait, and ironically when I show up 5 minutes later...there are 5 people ahead of me (which could very well mean I was lied to...or 5 people magically showed up RIGHT before I did). I dread having to do anything that deals with maintenance on a car unless it's simple like putting windshield wiper fluid in. I hopped on Yelp to see what place was close enough to my job for me to get this inspection handled. Larry's pops up and it has amazing reviews so I decide to check it out. I pull up and they are working on other cars. The older gentleman comes over and asks what I needed. He then shows me the waiting area. I was only in there for a few facebook and instagram checks before he came back with my keys and my bill. Just what I like quick and great service. I have been going to Larry's for years to get my cars inspected. Is so refreshing to see that Larry is the same friendly and professional guy that he has always been. I was one of his first customers when he opened his current facility but I had used his services four to five years before he had this new place built.
