Maria come to visit the apartment in record time, asked me a few questions, made sure she understood the scope of the work and took all her notes. I got a quote the next day and when the team came to complete the repairs they were polite, quick, and obviously knew what they were doing. They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonably priced. Communication was on point, price was great, work was 100%. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.
