I came here for dinner and I was sat at the bar immediately. The servers and bartenders were wonderful and very attentive. There is a variety of liquor and cocktails to choose from. The atmosphere is super upscale and chill. Great place to take a date here. Although the menu is a little pricey, you can definitely feel the freshness of the ingredients and it tastes delicious. I recommend coming here between 5 and 7 to take advantage of their happy hour deals on alcohol and food. Overall I had a fantastic experience here and I would a hundred percent come back if I had the chance.

Our server, Scott, was attentive and fun. The meals were delicious and the desert, made by Angelica, was fantastic. We had a great time and highly recommend this restaurant.

I really wanted to love this place, but I never do, but my husband likes their Filet Mignon Prime. In my opinion this restaurant is extremely expensive and over priced. The service was excellent, Shannon is an excellent waitress. Jaimie is an attentive manager who touches base with each table. We said it was good, but good is really not great, especially at these prices. The Filet Mignon 8 oz. Dry aged Prime is $69, mine was cooked perfectly, medium rare plus, but oh my, tasteless. Not an ounce of seasoning. My husband said his was good. They offered to take it back for more seasoning, I appreciated it, but I wasn't confident they could pull it off without overcooking. The $69 price only includes 1 side. We selected the loaded potato. That was a disappointment too. It was already opened almost flat with just cheese pressed/melted on it, very hard not a fluffy potato. The sour cream and butter served on the side. My husband said his potato was weird too. The salad? Unfortunately the ceasar salad was swimming in the dressing. Again, service was excellent and the staff tries really hard to please. I just won't be back, my husband may give it another try. I would give it a 2 star, but with my husband liking his steak, I pressed the 3 star button.

Came for Happy Hour. The Place- Nice and Upscale. The Service- Friendly and attentive. The Food- 1) Spinach and Artichoke Dip- Good but should be a little bigger. 2) Filet Mignon Sliders- Very good and recommended. 3) Fish Tacos- Good and recommended. 4) 16oz Draft Beers- Good and cold. Parking- Super easy as they share a very large parking lot with other businesses.

Visited here while taking a trip to the Reagan Library. Highly Recommended! Great service and reasonably priced. We have happy hour items and were very surprised with the quality and quantity of what we received.

Blackened chicken with pesto was a bit dry. But Chris was happy to get us more pesto

This place is fabulous! This is our second time here, and so far we have enjoyed all our meals. The service from Chris was Exceptional, and the ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. Filet mignon sashimi and the bacon wrapped shrimp is going to be our go-to appetizers! SO good! The Lobster bisque was heavenly, and my husband enjoyed his surf and turf. The presentation for these dishes are beautiful. My blackened chicken pesto was OK, and my daughter enjoyed her California roll. Note: Fit in dessert! I promise you, you won't regret it. The key lime and brownie with vanilla ice cream were amazing!

We typically visit Larsen's in Woodland Hills and absolutely love it, especially for their happy hour. Wanting to try something new, we decided to check out Larsen's Grill for its BBQ offerings, also during happy hour to enjoy the vibe. Unfortunately, the BBQ selection was underwhelming. We ordered ribs, which had an unusual, off-putting flavor. The other appetizers we tried were decent, though the crab cakes and tacos, as always, stood out positively. On the bright side, their drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We'll stick to our usual Woodland Hills location moving forward.

Ask the Community - Larsen's Grill - Simi Valley

Do you have an Easter Sunday Brunch? I see on your website that the hours are 5-9, but OpenTable shows reservations available for 11am. Thank you!

Hello! Yes, this Sunday we are offering an Easter Menu Brunch. We are open for Brunch from 11:00am-2:00pm and Easter Dinner from 3:00pm-8:00pm.

Is Larsen's Grill and Larsen's steakhouse the same establishment?

Yes and no. What do I win? 🤦🏼‍♂️

Are you open on Thanksgiving for an in restaurant dinner? Is there a special Thanksgiving menu and if so can you also order from the regular menu? We will not be over 6 people , likely just 3?

Hello! Yes, we will be open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thanksgiving. We will be serving a traditional turkey dinner as well as a majority of our normal dinner menu items. We are accepting reservations, which can be made over the phone or through our…

Will you be open on Christmas Eve?

Hello! Yes, we will be open Christmas Eve from 5:00 - 9:00. Please let us know if you need assistance making a reservation.

What is the dress code, business casual?

People were dressed in a variety of ways. It was a cold night so many of us were bundled up. Since it is an expensive restaurant, people are dressed nicely but not in any formal way.

    Are reservations needed?

Hi! Reservations are strongly encouraged - especially on weekends - as walk-in seating is limited. However, if you plan to join us for Happy Hour, the bar is first come, first served.

Is there still no happy hour?

Hi Brad! We currently have happy hour Monday- Thursday from 5pm- 6pm.

Can you take a bottle of wine?

Hi! Yes you can. There is a $20 corkage fee for every standard 750 mL. Due to COVID we will sanitize the bottle and pour the first glass. After that we must leave it on the table for you to refill your glasses on your own. Hope this is helpful!

Do they still have happy hour?

Hi Misa! Unfortunately, we are not having happy hour at this time. We are serving our regular dinner menu only. Once the restrictions are lifted and things get back to normal, we will revisit the subject and see about opening for happy hour once…

My order was ready quickly. The ravioli was my favorite dish. A creamy marinara with sun dried tomatoes, asparagus and basil. The sauce was outstanding. The chicken Parmesan was 2 good size breaded chicken breast topped with cheese and marinara. A side of spaghetti marinara was served with the chicken. The meatballs were maybe 3 oz each. Fork tender and had a great herbaceous flavor. The lasagna was rich in flavor and a hearty portion everyone loved the food. I think we have found our new go to for Italian food. It was my mom, my sister, my son, and me. The food was great, and although it was quiet when we arrived, it became very busy by the end of our meal. What truly stood out, though, was our waitress, Riley. She had the perfect balance that is honestly hard to find. She wasn't overly friendly or overbearing, but she also wasn't distant or robotic. She was simply genuine, attentive, calm, and incredibly thoughtful. Our table was a little chaotic at times. My mom accidentally spilled an entire glass of water all over the table, and Riley handled it with such grace and calmness that she immediately put everyone at ease. She never made us feel embarrassed or like we were inconveniencing her. Toward the end of the meal, my sister quietly snuck out because she didn't want anyone singing Happy Birthday to her, and my son went with her. Riley was so thoughtful that she packed up my son's ice cream (which we didn't even realize came with his meal) along with my sister's birthday sundae that we also didn't know was included. There was just something really special about her. Riley made us feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from beginning to end. We will absolutely be back, and Riley is a huge reason why. My wife called MB Grille as we were already heading in that direction and talked to Alice and she allowed us to put our name on the list with the intent of us arriving in 10 minutes. We did arrive on time and the place was packed, we did get seated shortly after we arrived and Riley was our server. What a friendly easy going helpful person she was, answering questions that we had and getting answers for the questions she didn't have. Very attentive checking on us numerous times. We have dined here before and the fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection, Oysters are always good and the cocktails always spot on and refreshing. Big shout out to Riley on this one, great service is just as important as delicious food. And a great hostess such as Alice keeps the incoming customers flowing and happy and feeling welcome. Our server seem to be really new and not knowing what she was doing. It was frustrating having to ask for everything the whole time. I asked for the shredded beef for my tricolor burrito, I also asked for no onions as this was another ingredient with this burrito. When I got my burrito, I thought there was a lot of onions. So I asked the server. She went to the kitchen and asked and was told that the shredded beef comes with onions. I believe that since I had mentioned, I don't want any onions, it would have been great to mention that the shredded beef already has onions so we would have chosen another meat option and not send the dish back to the kitchen. After I received my plate, saw so many onions, decided to mention it to the server and that's when she went back to the kitchen to ask, then realized it has the onions. And when I asked for asada meat, I was told it's extra. All this conversation, the server keeps coming back-and-forth to the kitchen, which was really frustrating. There are dining rooms and a bar area for further relaxation! The welcome was quick and warm, and the service was great. The menu itself is just as odd, almost like a child drew it with crayons, so I took a while to make sure I didn't miss anything, even though I pre-planned my attack on Yelp and their website. I was still overwhelmed in person! Kailey was a great server, friendly and efficient. I ordered the grilled three cheese sandwich (with Jack, pepper jack, and cheddar on sourdough, grilled) served with fries or chips - I chose the house-made chips, and added a side salad. The salad arrived first, and I had almost finished it when the sammy arrived, hot and melty. It was on a bed of chips, the amount of which shocked me! The whole plate was covered with them. I even took a large box of them back to the hotel for a later snack; they were too good to just leave abandoned. The sandwich was great, just the comfort food I needed that afternoon.
