When I received my order, it turned out that half of the linens were missing size tags. I was stressed out because it would be time consuming for me to go through everything to sort and tag myself. After speaking with a few different staff members, I was connected to David (the owner). He was incredibly apologetic about the situation and offered to do anything he could to make it right. He immediately shipped me multiple boxes and labels to send back to them and offered to go through every linen, to sort, tag, and steam before shipping back to me. He also has followed up with me since then to make sure everything is going great. I really appreciate his help in sorting out this situation and I will definitely use them again in the future:).

It was very easy communicating with Chef Terry; I always feel taken care of, and the experience can be customized to your tastes. He is always prompt, professional, and able to work with most kitchen setups. Everything is cleaned up and tidy before the meal is finished being eaten. Chef Terry is very personable, but will fade into the background if you are not engaging with him. Now that I have reviewed the service aspect, let's move on to the food. Chef Terry has done three variations on surf 'n turf for us. The first two times, 3-course meals, the entree was plated together, beautifully intertwined. The third meal was a 5-course offering, with a salad, soup, seafood appetizer, and two items for the entree course, followed by dessert. The food always comes out cooked and served at the right temperature. I can't wait for our next booking, I am looking forward to a backyard hibachi experience soon!

Apparently the ownership changed while I was out of town, but no signage changed and there was no note/ticket or any indication of this change. At 9:26 a.m. on January 4th I received a text message from a friend who also had been paying monthly for the lot saying that the lot had apparently changed ownership and was towing cars. By 9:51 when I went down to pay or move my car, it had already been towed. The owner of the lot was unreachable and refused to rectify the situation by even calling the tow company or explaining why they towed my car without notice. Still waiting for a reply from the business a week later after multiple calls and a BBB complaint.
