Everything's fresh, you get lime ‍ green/red salsa, onion, and cilantro on the side. The flavors are bold, and they don't hold back with portions either. Anyway, the menu is pretty small with a limited number choices; all quesadillas with various fillings. I'm accustomed to a quesadilla being two tortillas, either corn or more likely flour, with cheese and a few other ingredients placed in between them and then grilled on a flat top or in a frying pan. These are similar but only use one tortilla which is filled and then folded in half and grilled. There's a whole list of ingredients or combinations of ingredients to choose from. The wife chose a Chicken Tinga and I chose one containing creamy cheese and roasted poblanos along with some corn. Both were very tasty. I watched as the cook prepared a fresh pressed tortilla, grilled it before filling it with our choices and then the final grilling. Everything was prepared and cooked to order. And you can't beat the price: $5! I gathered our quesadillas, a couple Diet Cokes and a couple bottles of what appeared to be home made salsas. One was certainly a bunch of red peppers from the looks of it and the other was more orange, possibly habanero? These are definitely Mexican salsas - thin and very flavorful. BEWARE!!!
