All of my puppers are all over 15 yrs old and the sick pup was 17 yrs old, so I'm very particular about how she's treated. One got really sick and it was at the end of business hours right at closing. They told me they would wait for us. I was able to take her immediately in to be seen. Dr Brumfield was very thorough and gave her a full check up and gave us an accurate diagnosis and started her treatment that we followed up with when we returned home. Will be forever grateful for such caring treatment as she was really sick. Our regular vet agreed with the diagnosis and continued the prescribed treatment and the issue was resolved. Very happy with their services.

Carried my pet to another vet who checked temp and gave pet 1 shot that brought fever down. Prescribed treatment plan from other vet worked and pet is recovering great. He eventually got over the illness and and now is in great health. Would have like to have known this treatment on Feb. 28, 1012 when my other cat died after spending over $600.00 for treatment and was suffering from the same symptoms.

I wanted to tell him he should think of it as if it was his eye and the emergency room turned him away, but didn't see how that would help anything. This was on a Saturday. He told us he didn't think our dog would make it until Monday. Monday morning we took him to our regular vet were they removed the eye for $280.

It was my first time being advised that the order had been filled. When I got there, I was told that the food was already given to my husband. Apparently somebody else's husband came in and they gave them my food. Instead of being apologetic or having any kind of remorse for screwing up, they got angry at me. I showed them my receipt that I had already paid for the food, but they gave it to somebody else. I'll be going in today to talk to the doctor since he was not available yesterday.
