Jonathan listed my home that lasted over a month before we terminated our contract with him. He was…read morevery difficult to work with. If things didn't go his way, he had an attitude. One day, I had a question for him. I texted him around 6ish pm, emailed 7ish, and finally called him after 9pm. He did not response until the next day to a text specifying his work hours... The reason he was hired to sell my home was because we made an agreement that if he sells us one of his listings, he can also sell mine. We were not obligated to commit with him selling my home. However, we made a negotiation and felt that we needed to follow through. Long story short, he wanted to sell my house as quickly as possible and for whatever price. We felt so uncomfortable working with him. After terminating the contract, I emailed him and asked him nicely if he could remove our home pictures from the website. He never responded. I emailed his managing broker Chet Hill, and her response was "once the photos have been entered to the MLS and go into the internet, we have no control of it". Little does she know, I already did my research beforehand. Yes, she had it removed!!! I put my house back in the market after terminating my contract with Jonathan and amazingly got sold within 3 days with no inspection and $40,000 over asking price. Jonathan posted my home for $10k less than what my new agent listed it for. You decide if you should hire this agent! He wasted over a month of our time. Although it did not work out with him, two positive things came out of this. He sold us our dream home, and we made out on selling our home
