On the morning of my appointment, I received a reminder call and asked if I could move my appointment from the following day to that afternoon. The staff member checked and agreed. During that conversation, I was specifically told that it was my last prepaid session and that if I cancelled or failed to attend, I would lose that session. Based on that information, I attended the clinic. After arriving, checking in, waiting to be seen, completing paperwork and discussing my treatment, I was then informed that I had no prepaid sessions remaining and would need to pay for the treatment. When I explained that I had been told only hours earlier that I had one prepaid session left, I was repeatedly told to disregard the phone call I had received that morning. What concerned me most was not just the conflicting information, but the way the situation was handled. Despite explaining multiple times that I had attended based on information provided by the clinic itself, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than investigated. When I returned later to speak with the staff member who had made the morning call, I was initially told she would never have said such a thing, despite later acknowledging that she had spoken with me and changed my appointment. I was then informed that all calls are recorded, which I welcomed as I believe the recording will verify exactly what was said. To make matters worse, after leaving the clinic I received an email stating that I had been a "no show" for the appointment and that the service would be deducted from my prepaid package if I had one. This was despite the fact that I had physically attended the clinic, checked in, waited to be seen, completed forms and spent a considerable amount of time discussing the issue with multiple staff members. My advice to prospective clients is to keep detailed records of your appointments, prepaid sessions and any conversations regarding your account. Unfortunately, my experience left me with very little confidence in the accuracy of the clinic's records or in the way customer concerns are handled when discrepancies arise.

I've had a much, much better laser experience here than other places (read: it didn't hurt that much, it's been effective and hasn't caused second-degree burns in places where the sun doesn't normally shine), and I find the prices really competitive. Very nice and inviting space and a convenient location. I've also had freckles on my face and chest removed, and have been so pleased with the results.
