The first time I had a small Case XX knife engraved for by daughter for a Christmas gift. The engraving was great on this item and I was impressed since the space was so small. The most recent item is a project that I have been working. I went to Kyle with the idea and he took some notes. He called be a few days later with options. Ultimately, the way I had it the spacing would not uniformed since I did everything freehanded. This would also cause the cost to go up a lot since it would take a lot of setup time. I ended up going with his recommendation. It turned out great and I am very pleased with it. MADD Engraving also engraves glass and the continue to invest in other engraving options. MADD Engraving is part of MADD Engineering. I am so happy to have such an awesome business down the street from me.

I've visited this store serval times over the year whether it was for fantasy football trophies/updates, picking up trophies for a sports team I was involved in and even recently to pick up plaques made for sponsors for a large event I hosted. The pricing and options here are always above the rest of the local awards/trophy shops and the people really make this shop worth the visit. Every worker from the owners to the register clerks are super nice, friendly, helpful and appear to be all about community. Which I feel is an important trait for a local trophy shop. Overall awards ceremony is the only place I'll go for awards needs and has been that way for a long time and likely will continue for the foreseeable future.

I saw a top advertised online. They would only allow the purchase to be made by phone or in-person. I ordered by phone. It was packaged for me when I arrived. I was encouraged to take it in the bag "to keep it flat." When I arrived home, I noticed a damaged area on the front of the top (sold as a "vintage t-shirt"). I returned it but was provided with an excuse about why it would be damaged. I was also only given the open of a store credit. With a purchase of almost $100, I would have liked a credit card refund. When questioned, I was told, "That's just how we have always done it." The store employee followed up by asking if I needed a particular product that they sell. No apology at all. In all honesty, I wouldn't have returned to this store without the credit. So there's that.
