It says my package was delivered to their facility but now they lost my package so they can't deliver it to me. I don't understand how they lost my package at their own facility. Clearly they have issues. read more

I have been requesting for the longest time that my packages be brought to 2nd floor as stated on the label, as it's no probem for Fedex, UPS, USPS, grocery delivery etc. I wouldn't choose them, however I do business with Iherb and other companies who do. Iherb actually tried to address it as well, and put a note in their system, as well as Lasership supposedly doing the same, and the driver being told. However, they continue to leave packages outside on the lawn, by the trash or wherever, just not inside the hallway on the second floor as requested. Keven Gresham was the best advocate, however Joe Marcuccio IC Coordinator is alot of talk how he's going to fix it, but no action. read more

Package delivered.Went to the front door and look and behold no package.Checked the neighbors in ade of a mix up.No package seen.Called number and was given BS that high call volume means excessive wait time or something like that.Tried again the following morning to talk to someone again, no luck.Incompentent company led by incompetent people. read more

They stole my package. They steal everyone's packages. Don't do business with them. Told me to contact my seller when they stole my package. What a joke. I filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this shipping company! Can you even imagine doing business with a shipping company that refuses to delivery the items you've already paid for and then contacting the shipping company and...they can't tell you when you'll get your package? Because that is exactly how this company operates! And this has happened consistently with Lasership. So let me begin from the beginning. I am a long time customer of Victoria Secret. Due to COVID19 I have been ordering online instead of going into the store. Unbeknownst to me Victoria Secret started using a cheaper method for their shipments hence Lasership. My first order that came through Lasership I tracked the package through Victoria Secret and then Lasership since the tracking number was from that shipping company. Anyway, on the day my shipment was on the truck I waited all day for my package to which it never came. Instead the status of the delivery changed to one that said they made an attempt to deliver the package but didn't. What was so baffling is that on the shipping label, where the address is for an apartment number I instead had Victoria Secret put the following "Pls leave at door. Thx". Now how is it possible for the driver to not have just left the package outside my door which leads directly outdoors? And also, no door slip was left saying a delivery was attempted. Not to mention most importantly I was home ALL DAY with my door open. No one ever knocked. No one ever left a slip, no one ever even left my package despite me actually calling the company itself and inquiring as to where the package was. Now fast forward to me calling Victoria Secret and telling them that this specific shipper 1. didn't leave my package at the door and 2. can't even tell me when a delivery will be made. So now I place another order trying to get the items from the previous order and guess who Victoria Secret's uses again? Yup you guessed it...Lasership! Now mind you I've received packages from Victoria Secret's from USPS, FedEx, and UPS and...never had a problem. Then on the second order my package was on a truck and out for shipment supposedly on 11/11/2020 only it is now 12:37am on 11/12/2020 and you guessed it I still haven't received my package despite once again calling Lasership and inquiring as to when my package would be delivered. The first call, after waiting all day for this package, was at 8pm on 11/11 to which I was told the driver has my package and is still making deliveries until 9pm. At 9:05pm I called again to be told I would get my package that night. I wouldn't call this company a shipping company since...it has an issue with all of its shipments and doesn't seem to 1. have any managers you can speak with 2. have a reliable shipping method 3. can't dispatch drivers, 4. doesn't seem to be able to track their driver's with some form a GPS and 5. the professionalism is at an all time low. Oh and as I write this on Thursday, 11/12/20 at 12:27am I still have NOT had my package left outside my door and the status of the package currently says "possible delay". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THIS COMPANY. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS USING THIS COMPANY BE PREPARED TO LOSE CUSTOMERS!
