They have done two of my tattoos and I also had a lip blushing consultation. They listen to you and don't push you into unwanted services. The fine line tattoos are beautiful and detailed. I have been a loyal client of Lash and Brow Design for two years. After a recent experience, I feel compelled to share what happened -- not just because of the billing dispute, but because of how I was treated throughout. I booked an appointment for Friday, June 12th and received a text confirmation for 12:30pm. When I called that morning to ask about coming in early, I was told I had no appointment on June 12th -- that I had been booked under an old profile and phone number for June 11th, and that I owed $150 for a missed appointment I never knew I had. I showed my text confirmation clearly dated June 12th. I was told it didn't matter. The error was made by the salon -- a new front desk employee used an outdated profile, so I never received accurate confirmation details. I have documented proof of this. Despite that, the charge was not reversed and the situation was not corrected. I also want to be honest about something I've noticed over time: concerns I raise as a Black client in Carmel tend to be handled differently than those of white clients. I'm not saying this to be inflammatory -- I'm saying it because it's my lived experience, and I think it's worth naming. I have no intention of leaving this city or this salon lightly, but I do expect to be treated with the same respect, accountability, and good faith extended to everyone else. This appointment mattered. I had a gala the next day. I came prepared with proof. I was dismissed anyway. That's not acceptable, and I hope the salon takes a serious look at how client concerns are being addressed. read more

I needed my eyebrows tamed for my birthday so I decided to give Lash And Brow a try. I stopped in two days ago and was advised that they were appointment only so I made an eyebrow appt for today! When I arrived for my session I was greeted promptly, checked in and taken to one of the waxing tables. The set up is more of an open space room with multiple tables with vanity stations lined up. I've been coming here on and off for years, and when it comes to lashes and brows, there is no one I trust more than the owner, Kate. Moreover, she runs her business meticulously and goes out of her way to ensure her customers are happy with their results. Yes, the prices are an investment, but you get what you pay for - top notch customer service and a subject matter expert (and if not her, then one of her extensively-trained employees.) To try to save some bucks, I have gone to other nearby studios for the same services (lash extensions and micro blading eyebrows), and on multiple occasions, I have regretted it and found myself returning here. So now I've learned my lesson to stick with what has consistently worked :) read more

I enjoyed my most recent visit. They were able to provide 3 services at the same time. I had another obligation and took me early so I could get done in time. The service looked great and they kept me informed and asked my opinions on the service. The atmosphere was relaxing and the price was right. Very happy with my lash lift - I have thrown away my eyelash curler for good!! I never was very good at operating that thing and it often pinched and hurt. I think this is a reasonable price to pay, when done every 6 weeks - and never have to curl my eyelashes again. read more

My first experience was actually having them remove lashes I got from another place (that were so so bad). They got me scheduled right away and the removal process was painless. The person helping me suggested I try a lash lift before trying extensions again. I decided to give it ago and loved it! I've now been seeing Kayla regularly for lash lifts. I coordinate weddings and I am always looking for new salons to recommend to our brides so once I saw the before and after photos on Instagram for lash extensions I knew I wanted to give it a try. Heather was my technician for the day and did an amazing job! The process took about 2 1/2 hours altogether. Depending on your lash count and how many lashes need filled in will determine the time it takes to complete. Although it can be nerve-wrecking having someone work so closely to your eye, thankfully I did not feel anything throughout the entire process, which was great. The hardest part was definitely laying there for so long and not being able to open your eyes or really move around. I went to Lash & Brow Design Co. to get a second opinion on what I was afraid were poorly applied extensions (that I got done elsewhere in town) and sure enough, I was right. Rebekah quickly and gently removed the culprits and helped educate me on the difference between good and bad lash application. While their prices are maybe a bit higher than other studios, I think they're knowledge and expertise makes it totally worth it! I absolutely love this place, when you walk in it's like you're in a high end salon, the ambience is perfect. the beds are quite comfortable i go to macy every time and she never disappoints, i have super sensitive eyes and she never gets angry with me when my eyes act up. my lashes always end up looking perfect, the only thing is that it can be quite expensive for fill ins compared to others i've seen but i love this place so much that i continue to come back. read more

If you have any issues with your previously microbladed Brow's (from another place) I would highly recommend going to lash and brow design Co. they did a great job at covering up my previous microblading with a henna. I had microblading done here. I decided to have it done here because I looked at the site and was impressed with Kate saying in a video that she had invested $25,000 to learn how to do this. I was also impressed with the before and after pictures. After having mine done I realized that she takes pictures right after she does the procedure. At that time, they look very filled in and those are the pictures that get posted. But within days, the 'ink' starts leeching out and you are left with brows that look like mine. I have posted pictures of my brows. They don't look good at all. I paid $800 to have the microblading done, which includes a follow up appointment. I also paid $250 for shading. After paying $1050, having the original appointment and my follow up, my brows did not look even nor filled in, which is what the shading does. So I went in one more time and kept asking for them to be evened out and filled in, which was not done. The appointment was rushed and my brows are still uneven and very patchy. One is darker than the other. I would definitely not recommend this place. I am attaching photos so you can see that they are uneven and very patchy. I spend more time now trying to even out my brows after the microblading than I did before, when I was drawing them on. Has anyone had a similar experience at this salon? read more

Lash and Brow Design Company is hands down the most professional in the industry! I am consistently impressed with their attention to detail, flawless service and total experience. The staff is throughly trained; they are flawless with the application and provide a glowing experience. In addition, Kate's new studio is pristine and offers a charming and tranquil ambiance. I have been to several lash studios over time actions the country and Kate's studio is number one on my list. I travel every week for work and have never had an issue with my lashes. Kate is very accommodating with my work schedule and is willing to book standing appointments far out in advance. They were quick to point blame at me both times. 1st time they said it was because I talked during my procedure * I talked the first time too* but of course it wasn't anything they did. This review is based only on customer service from the phone I got. I looked at their website under services for eyelash extensions and there are three price points listed. I explained to them that I would be a new client and I have had extensions in the past needed a full set. I wanted to get the price point for $100, but she said the lady that does them for $100 no longer works there and would not honor the price listed on their website. She told me to call back that in the future they would get someone for the $100 service. She did not mention that she would put me on a waiting list when they do or if employee someone to do this for me. read more

She is extremely knowledgable and has vitamins for your lashes and fabulous serum, full of vitamins. To help my real lashes get stronger and healthy while wearing extensions. If you're looking to go here for eyelash extensions are able to spend money see Steffi who is $125 for a fill, other than that I would recommend going to the Lash lounge in Carmel for eyelash extensions.
