There is a deposit when booking with her that goes towards your appointment. Upon your appointment day, Anna starts off by mapping your eyebrows shape and color. Don't worry if it's been awhile since you've done your eyebrows because Anna will correct them for you. She then examines your eyebrow to make sure the mapping match. Anna provides numbing cream throughout the entire process. The whole process took about 1.5-2 hours with breaks in between if you needed it or discomfort. After your service, Anna proves you with after cafe instruction and cream. Thank you so much for the new brows, I am in love!

After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I came back only because we paid via Groupon and you would not give me a refund directly. We had a reservation for three, made months before our date, and when we got there there were only two staff. We were told it was because of an emergency, Chinese New Year. One of the party received an adequate service, the other was definitely not worth the money. We had a Groupon, which means we already paid for three services, so I insisted I be given a free service at a later date. Reluctantly, she agreed. I went a few weeks later, my service provider was good and really sweet but overall, I have had a better scalp therapy, at a nicer location, for less cost. I would suggest your expectations are not very high if you plan to come here.

Annie is very nice, talented & gives you all the info. I've been here four times and each time it's better everyone has different reactions to getting lashes. My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. This last time she applied a different glue & it helped & is so much better
