She was so very friendly and so accommodating as I did not have a reservation. However, she made me an appointment for the same day, showed me around the facilities (gym sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold pool, pool, and pool massagers, which are all amazing), and assured me that I need not worry about anything else from that point forward as I was sure to have an amazing experience. My massage professional, Carolina, was absolutely amazing. She asked me all the right questions to make sure she could tailor my massage to meet my needs and the experience itself was phenomenal! Carolina has magical hands and within an hour of her services I was left stress free and feeling refreshed. My experience at Zentropia was fantastic! I can't thank Orianna enough for welcoming me and for being so accommodating on such short notice, and a big thank you to Carolina for such an amazing massage.
