I couldn't believe the level of professionalism their receptionist had. I was recommended to Lash Out Loud by a friend, who said their scheduling style was difficult ... but worth it. I called 'Trina' and was immediately asked to hold while her child SCREAMED in the background. I have never had eyelash extensions before and did not know what to expect. When I told Trina this, she asked who I would like to see. Again, I do not know who is with this company, I need to be told what is available. After telling her it didn't matter to me, she asked when I would like to come in. I told her when I was free and she stated, "We are totally booked for the next three months". I understood they were busy, but to flat out tell me you are booked ... well, I was just shocked. Even the dentist will say, "We are totally booked through March, would you like to schedule then?" Instead, I was made to feel as if I was BOTHERING the receptionist for wanting to patron their business. I mentioned this to my friend who recommended them, and she stated its common. Trina is a nightmare to deal with, and people avoid calling her at all costs. Eyelash extension artists are a dime a dozen now. I found 5 locally at the same price ... and when I call, they will not put me on hold, or make me feel bad for interrupting there day. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.Everyone is friendly and their service is amazing. I called to make an appointment within a certain time frame since i didn't realize they were booking so far out, they put me on a call waiting list and i scheduled my appointment anyway. Not even a week passed when they called to offer me a sooner date that opened up. When i went in for my appointment i was attended right away. Bobbi did my lashes and she really took her time to understand the look i was going for. She did a great job and was really friendly, at one point the glue she was using started irritating my nose and she offered me a mask to help and i felt like she was trying her best to make me feel comfortable. overall a pleasant experience and i will definitely keep coming back here for my fills. Disappointing customer service. I made an appt. online, in an open time slot, which is actually a "request." You have to wait for someone to confirm they will accept your request (I've never encountered this anywhere before). I waited 2.5 days and emailed when I still had not received a response. I was told that because I put my cell phone number in the "home" phone number field, they could not text me (?!?). They had my phone number and email address, also. I asked to cancel my "request" and was sent four different emails explaining how this was not their fault, but mine. Terrible customer service. Not only did I cancel, but my daughter canceled her upcoming appt. for her first lash fill as well. read more

Called for a fill appointment and got a cancellation so got in fairly quickly. The technician was friendly and nice but she never asked me a thing about my preferences or previous experiences. She didn't explain the procedure or products used. I had to initiate the conversation about what I wanted. Their lashes are nice and have lasted beautifully but she didn't give me much at the corners, particularly outside corners. I didn't notice before I left since she didn't even offer a mirror to look at them. I felt a little rushed. I did manage a quick peek on the way out the door but didn't have my glasses on so missed details. I am giving the salon another try with a different tech this time---hoping for a better experience and result! The prices are reasonable and the salon is close to me so I'm hoping it works out. read more

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at this salon yesterday. I walked into an empty salon, with a note on the counter stating the "receptionist was out and someone would be with me shortly". I waited at the counter for over 20 minutes (and even called the salon while I was waiting at the counter with no answer). I was there to buy a gift certificate for my daughter's birthday and when I FINALLY was acknowledged by an employee, I was rudely told "we don't take walk-ins" without her ever even asking what I was there for. Lash Outloud is absolutely fantastic and very professional. Their technicians are warm, courteous and not pushy at all. My first appt was over a year ago after a painful fiasco at another salon. They repaired the messy attachments and made sure to notate my preference of using gel pads under the eyes instead of tape. The technician also discussed the different sizing of the lashes to achieve the full look that I wanted. The result was amazing. They are also accommodating on scheduling; remembering my preferred day and time slots and favored techs. I have to rate my experience at Lash Out Loud as a 2. The owner and staff were kind enough, but their knowledge was lacking for someone who has very short scarce eyelashes. I thought I did all the right things about asking in an email if extensions would work for me since my eyelashes were scarce and thin. They replied yes, as long as I have eyelashes to attach the extensions to. After my initial visit, I returned a few days later because I was unhappy with the result , so the owner added more extensions to make them look better, but that only lasted a few weeks before they began to fall off. About 2 weeks later, a nice lady added extensions and she mentioned that the eyelashes (3 extensions) were to heavy for my natural lashes. Currently, they look horrible and I feel like I'm going through chemotherapy all over again. Sad thing is, I was sick last week and couldn't make my appointment. It's been 9 days and I've been patiently waiting to be called from the wait list. A cost off $200 and I don't have beautiful lashes. I don't think they should keeping taking new clients if they don't have the time to take care of the ones they have. Lastly, I had two similar businesses tell me that I should have begun the grand lash before having extensions added. I wish I new this too. I wish the owner of Lash out Loud knew this. It would have saved me much embarrassment. Yes, she made money from me, but lost a customer that had been referred to her. read more

i've been getting my lashes done for awhile, and my friend goes here, so i thought i would try it out. the soonest appointment they had was months out, but i booked it. then, the day before my appointment, they called to tell me the person they scheduled me with had been fired, so they had to reschedule me and i had to wait 2 more weeks. when i showed up for my appointment, they gave me someone elses paperwork and seemed very unorganized. the stylist they had do my lashes was dresses in pajama pants and looked liked she hadn't showered. for the 1.5 hour appointment, she rambled on about her fiance and how she wasn't sure if she should marry him. it was extremely uncomfortable. several days later, the stylist contacted me and told me she was trying to set up clients outside of work. this is in direct violation of her position with lash out loud, and is actually why the first stylist i had been scheduled with was fired. not to mention, again, very uncomfortable. i contacted the business to let them know about my experience and asked for the owner to call me. after waiting a week and not hearing anything, i called again. i got nowhere and no apology for the experience. if they can afford to treat customers like this, then they have enough business without me. read more
