If you're looking for a salon that prioritizes respect and responsiveness, this might not be the best choice. But I have nothing bad to say about any of the other ladies in the salon. Every single one of them is kind and extremely helpful. The salon offers many trendy services other than hair including but not limited to: *Brazillian Blow Out *Fake Bake: Spray Tan *Featherlocks *Airbrush Make-Up *Waxing *Twinkle Toes etc... I go to Lizette, because she is the first person I have ever gone to who does exactly what I ask. If I don't want too much cut off, she leaves it alone. If I want to go from brunette to platinum blonde and everyone else says it's impossible, she finds a way to do it and do it well. If I want wild colors in my hair or something funky, she finds a way to make it look chic. She's is a great suggestion for daring colors and wild cuts, as is Roxy. Don't freak out, this isn't one of those places that strictly serves girlie girls and teens-young adults. This salon has a wide variety of customers. For first time customers who are men, or maybe women looking for something chic and classy or traditional, Rosa is a great option, as she is a well respected hair stylist with time under her belt. Interested in some hot nails? Make an appointment with Sandra. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and has the newest nail trends, a creative style, and a wide vareity of lovely colors. You even get your own comfy chair to sit in while you get a pedi. The salon has a comfortable and trendy vibe to it, making your experience there, one to remember. I haven't found a salon in San Diego that comes close to offering what Trendsetters does, and it blows me away that we are lucky enough to keep such talent in The Valley.

Anyway, when she was done, it didn't even look ombre. It was if I Asked for highlights instead. She messed up my bangs by hightlighting half of it. She said she can add toner later on without needing to make an appointment. I called her two days later to fix my hair, because I didn't want to look ridiculous for an upcoming wedding, but she said she was booked. I was really disappointed.I had to go to Walmart by buy hair dye to fix my hair. What a waste of money!
