Making the appointment was easy: most of her offerings are online. You can schedule through the website. You will receive text-message reminders and a confirmation notification. You can, of course, call if you need more personalized service. The spa is in a small shopping center downtown Princeton. She has two rooms for her workspace. It's private. She has soothing instrumental music playing. I hadn't met Brandi until my appointment, but she made me feel relaxed. She's easy to chat with, and her work is meticulous. She started to use the tweezers on me, but I'm not a picky girl. If you're detail oriented, she's your person. She's clean; she used a new stick each time she dipped in the wax. Minimal time spent on exfoliation and callus removal - not nearly enough attention paid to problem areas. Nice enough hot towel and leg massage with lotion. BUT, I asked for shellac polish with tiger-eye effect. Ended up with just regular polish, no tiger-eye effect, and dull flat finish. Sloppy and ugly. I cannot wait to get this lackluster hack job removed. My husband said I could have done a better job here at home. The salon appeared to be clean, and staff was friendly - but that only goes so far.
