I had gotten eyelash extensions once before I originally came to lashed, and they weren't right at all. They looked too big, and obviously fake, and worse- they were so uncomfortable (almost painful) whenever they became wet. I assumed these were just attributes of all eyelash extensions and it was 2 years before I decided to try them again. I was going on a long family vacation and I really wanted lash extensions to shorten my getting ready time. I found Kailey at lashed and scheduled an appointment with her. When I first met Kailey, she immediately asked me if I had ever had extensions before, and asked me what I liked/disliked about my previous experience. I really appreciated that she took the time to appraise this. She also assessed my eye shape and explained to me that because I have big eyes, a shorter length would look better on me. At this, I felt even more comfortable and confident that I had chosen the right place and person. I originally wanted to get lash extensions for my vacation, but since seeing kailey in August, I have been getting consistent fills every 2-3 weeks. I am hooked. Kailey is wonderful and extremely talented at what she does. My extensions are so natural but still very much enhance my eyes. I have gotten so many compliments. When my lash lady took a vacation and was unable to do my lashes for a wedding, I looked up a lash extension location near my house. I came across Lashed while searching places on Yelp. After reading the great reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Kailey. Wow! She blew me away. So professional, sweet, detailed, and funny! I had to come back. I scheduled a fill 3 weeks later with Kailey. However, due to needing my lashes done for Mother's Day, I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment with Kailey. I had an appointment for classic lash set with Felicia. I was very clear that I just wanted fuller lashes but not add a lot of length because I wanted a natural look. I definitely didn't get what I asked for, and I asked her several times to make them shorter or more natural looking and she was clearly annoyed that I was unhappy. On top of them being too long, the lashes used were very fake looking. They were hard/stiff. Whenever I've had my lashes done before they always used lashes that were soft and felt natural and this location definitely gets a cheaper quality. On top of everything, I ended up having to go to urgent care that evening because my eye was burning and really painful and was told she scratched my eye while applying the lashes. Definitely don't recommend. read more

I love Vienna!!! I used to drive all the way up from the South Bay just to see her because she's truly amazing. I would still see her if not for a family emergency and now distance. Vienna is extremely friendly, funny, and accommodating. She's so so so gentle, you don't even feel her working on you. I've had artists poke me in the eye with sharp ass tweezers, scratch me, intentionally pull lashes out of my eye, burp in my face, you name it. But Vienna has hands of an angel. Been going to Kailey for my hybrid lash (1/2 classic, 1/2 volume) needs for over a year and am consistently pleased with her work after going to 2 other places. She is so sweet & friendly and has the best bedside manner-- which I feel is important during the 45-minute long fill-in appointments. I went to Lashed and it was the first time I had gotten lash extensions. They turned out okay, but they barely lasted a week. (I was extremely careful with my lashes and took very good care of them.) I was so disappointed. After I spent all this money I expected my lashes to at least last 2, maybe even 3 weeks. The girl who did my lashes knew it was my first time getting extensions and she did not even tell me how to take care of them. I had to ask her and the only thing she told me was to not use oil-based products. So not only did they not look great, they only lasted a week, I also had to go online and do my own research on how to take care of my lashes.
