She was friendly and reassuring and a wealth of information. The eyelash application area is set up in her living room with a nice comfy headrest...During the application you can either chat with Rhena (who is fun, bubbly and great to talk with!) or listen to a wide variety of podcasts. The time flew by and it was easy as can be. The final product was exactly what I wanted, Rhena had clearly listened to what I was asking for before I started. I will definitely keep going back to Rhena for all my eyelash needs.

She insisted that the color she chose looked nice. The color wasn't even the same as the one in the picture, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. The design was also changed because the chrome application wasn't working. She said, "I'm sorry, I don't know why the chrome isn't sticking on your nails." The final result looked nothing like the picture. Even though the design was changed to something easier, she still didn't do it like the reference, and when I asked her if she thought she could do it, she said yes. I waited for more than two hours. I arrived at 4:30 pm and left around 6:50 pm. At the end, she was clearly rushing because I was the last client.
