I waited over a week for first appointment, which is fine, but the day of the appointment, she canceled saying her boyfriend had been exposed to COVID. I told her I had COVID over a year ago and had been vaccinated. She still canceled, again, not a big deal. Next appointment, she did my lashes exactly how I wanted them. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Sadly, about half the lashes fell out by the next day. I was busy and didn't have time to fix it, so I didn't say anything about it. On the third scheduled visit, she wouldn't do my lashes because I had worn mascara two days prior because I had no lashes and she said it left a film. She said not to worry and that she would get me in, in a few days. She scheduled me for Tuesday at 5:00 pm. I want my lashes to last as they are expensive, so, again, I was fine rescheduling. I showed up for the appointment on Tue. I texted her that I was there; no answer. I called, no answer. I rang her doorbell, no answer. I get it, things come up, but this was over a week ago and I still have not heard from her. For me, this is too much effort. I rate her a two because I feel she is unreliable, inconsiderate of other people's time, doesn't communicate well and the lashes fell out fast. I gave her a couple stars because she listened to what I wanted, did it perfectly and was friendly. read more

She did a good job with her technique. She used tape to isolate lashes which a lot of technicians I've had don't do anymore. I came to her for a fill. Another person did my initial application but I wanted to try someone new. She said the lashes the previous person used were too thick and heavy for my lashes. She went with a lighter, skinnier lash. They looked good to me. The problem was the next day when I got up I noticed about 6 lashes on my cheek. I went to look on my pillow and there were about 15 or so on my pillow. They were the light lashes she used. I didn't see any of the older thick ones. I texted her about the fall out. She ignored me completely. I never heard a word. She sends you a form to sign stating what and what not to do. It says she has a 2 day guarantee. What happened to my 2 day guarantee???? She doesn't honor her word or work! 1 -3 lashes is normal. I've been getting my lashes done for years. 1/22/20 Ari says she texted me and i didn't respond. That was just yesterday after she saw my review. My whole point of the initial review is when I texted her about the lash loss the next day 2 months ago SHE didn't respond! The professional. No I don't need a full set because it's been 2 months since my appointment with her and since she didn't reach out then I had to rectify the situation myself. If she saw too much glue and knew her lashes, though lighter wouldn't adhere or retain she should of said something to me at the time and not here on yelp. read more

Ari worked some amazing magic on my blonde lashes. I booked an appointment before my trip to Vegas, wanting a little more pizazz and a lot less mess than mascara. I'd never had lash extensions before so I had no idea what to ask for and what to expect. Ari suggested somewhere between dramatic and natural looking lashes so I said lets go for it! The process was relaxing and we had a good chat about the importance of self care. I felt comfortable enough to almost fall asleep a time or two. When she was done and handed me a mirror I was honestly shocked. I don't wear much makeup to begin with so to me it was very dramatic! The lashes were long, curled, and black. I panicked that they were too long but she said they weren't really much longer than my natural lash that I don't see unless I wear mascara. It definitely took me a day to get used to but I absolutely love them now and realize they are much more natural looking than my first impression. I visited Ari last week for my very first eyelash extension experience and I could not be happier with my results! I got a full classic set with longer lashes at the outer corners to give a cat-eye like look. I feel like it makes me look so much more put together at my early morning job and I've gotten a ton of compliments already. Ari was very kind and gentle, I have mildly sensitive eyes but I had absolutely no discomfort during the procedure or after. Seeing Ari's before an after pics were enough to get me to call to make an appointment, I could tell she really takes her time and doesn't rush to make a quick buck.
