I chose Amazing Lash Studio for my wedding lashes because I wanted to feel confident on one of the…read moremost important days of my life. Instead, the entire experience left me stressed, disappointed, and out over $500. As a first-time client, I explained exactly what I wanted--a natural look somewhere between a Classic and a Mega set. My stylist recommended a Hybrid set, and I agreed after looking at Hybrid examples. I specifically said I did **not** want my lashes to look like a caterpillar across my eyes. When I left, they looked nothing like what we had discussed. They were so dark and dense that I started crying before I even left the parking lot. With my wedding only days away, I immediately called the studio, and they had me come back the next day. The lashes were corrected, and I appreciate the stylist taking the time to make them more wearable. However, I was charged **again** for the corrective appointment. In total, I paid **$509.98** to receive the look I had originally requested. The lash tech was amazing, she was very nice and professional. She even shed a tear with me when I cried about the lashes. The other staff however it was not the same, they pulled the tech out and tried to get me to reschedule until after the holiday which h meant I would be stuck with the previous lashes and I could hear them talking crap in the hall. I wasn't even mad I was just sad, I wasn't being mean I just wanted help to feel my best. The most disappointing part has been how this was handled afterward. I sent a detailed email to management explaining the situation and requesting that they review the charges. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any response--not even an acknowledgment that my concerns were received. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how a business responds when they do. As a first-time bridal client, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
