By day 4, I only had 20-25 lashes left (I had 60 originally) on one of my eyes and came in for a recount, where I received a free refill to 55 lashes per eye. I know that 1-2 lashes can fall out per day, but it's day 8 now and both eyes are only at ~30 lashes each. I am really disappointed because 1) I purchased the sealer and am using it as indicated 2) I have not worn ANY eye makeup since I had my lashes done 3) I don't sleep on my face or rub my eyes. I'm giving a 3 star since I had my eyebrows done for free and they gave me a free refill but I'm disappointed that my lashes can't even stay a week (might be an issue with the glue they use or lashes were too heavy for my eyelashes).

I gave the beauty house lash girl my lash measurements and hoped for the best. When I opened my eyes, omg I was so shocked- it was not not not what I had in mind. I don't know how each lash artist interprets the lash measurements, but it was not my look. Fine, she was young and maybe she had a style. (I'm in my 40s, and she did not ask me what I was looking for either- but I didn't know you could interpret measurements and how they look). The lashes were so long and crazy looking. When I got home I took a closer look and the lashes were also thick and cheap looking, and there was globs of glue everywhere. She was also finished in less than an hour- totally unheard of for a full set and for doing such a bad job. This is not the job of a top lash artist. They also charge by the minutes it takes to do a relash- but if you don't know how to do the lashing properly, how can you try to be so fast? I say take it slow and do the job right!! I had my lashes removed by a lash girl I have in the interim- she's pretty good. I'm still in search of my next lash girl. I don't recommend the beauty house. It's not up to the level they should be for promoting lash extensions as their main business. They need to improve a lot, or charge a lot less for their skill set.

Irene, the owner, greeted me warmly and led me into the procedure room where I was met by the sounds of cool Jazz (Irene's a fan) and a super soft treatment table. We discussed options, my physical limitations (hooded eyelids and glasses) and the look that I wanted (full cat eye). The procedure was quick (20-30 minutes). Since I was a newbie, Irene talked me through the entire procedure. At the end Irene added a few more lashes to perfect the look, she is meticulous and gentle. I've tried strip lashes before and they were heavy and uncomfortable, I didn't enjoy them at all. My experience with the Cinderella lashes are a totally different story. They're so light, sometimes I forget that I'm even wearing them. Irene did an excellent job getting me the look that I wanted. These are synthetic mink lashes, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I got the mini set, which took about 50 minutes. Took a little nap. After I was done, my eye felt a tiny bit heavy, but felt very natural. I took care of the lashes as instructed by Irene for the first week and half and then I slacked off. Most of the lashes lasted about 2 weeks. I still have a few after 4 weeks. I was worried that more of my natural lashes would fall out than usual, but it was pretty natural. Couple things to consider: It's spring, and some days I wake up with puffy eyes (allergies). So when my lids are puffy, the root of the synthetic lashes dig in a little (they are a tad stiff) I had to pluck out a few lashed because of this. A couple time the synthetic lashes fell in my eye. And getting a regular lash in your eye is bad enough; a thick, synthetic lash is VERY annoying. I don't think I will do this regularly, but I'll certainly come back to Irene when I get t done agian.

If you read the instructions they ask you to wash your hair, etc before the appointment I imagine for hygienic reasons. I spent the duration of my appointment inhaling the smell of second hand smoke. Not so pleasant. She worked on my right eye which took quite awhile but when she worked on my left eye, the amount of time spent was so fast. When she finished, she gave me the mirror and it was completely noticeable that the eyelashes were uneven. My left side did not match the right side. I asked her if it looked like it didn't match and she said she used the same size eyelashes on each eye. But she sat me down again and added some longer eyelashes to the left eye. It helped a bit but I still didn't feel like it looked good or even. Anyways, seems like she was in a rush to leave. Her friend was waiting outside and she was on her phone texting while I was paying. I went to work on Monday and my coworkers told me it was horrible before I said anything at all. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as I went to a different place after, that is more expensive and further (super unfortunate because I live so close to Fabulash) but they had exceptional customer service skills and made sure their customer was satisfied. The more first experience was interesting as I wasn't used to lashes weighing down my eyes, once I got used to it the maintenance and care became a little too much for me and my busy schedule. When I first approached Fabulash I had already had a lash tint done at another salon. When I was in for the appointment I got to talking to the lash technician Brittney, I told her about my past experiences and she recommended a lash lift with my tint so I went for it. I think the total experience was around an hour or so. And let me say it was totally worth it! My first lash tint only lasted two weeks, Fabulash's tint and lift lasted about a month and a half! Brittney was very patient and knowledgeable, she answered all of my question and more. I was really impressed because she honestly told me the tints/lifts typically only last two-three weeks but mine lasted way longer. You can really tell that Brittney really cares about her clients and knows her stuff. The salon is convenient and welcoming, on top of everything Brittney let me take as much candy as I wanted from her candy bowl. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lift/tint. She did not prep my nails properly (didn't file them, didn't dip them in the fluid for a long enough period of time), it hurt when she cut my cuticles. I did like that they tried the nail colour on one nail then asked if i liked the colour and let me switch to another one. The manicure seemed rushed and disorganized, there were two different girls switching in between working on other clients to work on my nails. The nail polish was not adequately applied near the end of my nail (it is bumpy around the cuticle area). Another girl came and put on a glossy top coat very quick (it didn't cover the whole nail and there was a space at the end of my nails without any glossy top coat). Overall, I don't think I will be back. I'm giving 2 stars because of how nice they were.
