I have been a patient of Dr Sandi Vinson Bromberger for over 10 years…read more now and she has treated me for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and other health conditions that I haven't found another Dr to be able to help me in the same way as Dr Sandi does. She has always been kind, compassionate, shows sympathy and empathy when I get emotional as I do. Even though I know the metagenic vitamins are expensive, I find them to be more affective if you use them as Dr Sandi instructs me . I am in my seventies and Dr Sandi is both respectful and understanding of women in that generation. If there anything she can do for you, she will follow up with suggestions and refer you to specialist with expertise in their field. I use the compound pharmacy for medications that I am unable to obtain from regular pharmacies. Every staff member who works for Dr Sandi are absolute treasures and always willing to assist you in every way possible. Thank you ever so much Dr Sandi
I hate feet. I think we should all be cut off at the ankles and be done with it. I have no idea why…read moreanyone in their right mind would want to be a podiatrist but I sure am glad these guys can put up with the corns, calluses and no doubt sweaty feet they deal with day in, day out. Having sustained a common, yet painful injury thanks to either (a) my elite sports training, or (b) wearing rubbish shoes*, I hobbled off to meet the lovely Emily. Emily put me at ease right away and provided excellent, common sense advice without the judgement I feared. She has offered easy to follow at-home exercises to help with the pain and pointed me in the direction of 'sensible shoes' that don't look like my 82 year old granny should be wearing them. Hopefully I don't have to visit here too often, but so glad I found them. *okay - it's mainly (b)....

Located right near the Fitness First gym on Church St in Richmond, the team at RSM know their…read morestuff. They have been so wonderfully helpful, supportive & professional in helping me sort out my various sports related injuries in the build up to my first Ironman Triathlon. Jay (physio) & Roz (remedial massage) have been crucial in getting me to the start line in the best shape possible after quite a few injury setbacks. They provide excellent treatments (massage, dry needling) and brilliant "homework" including gym programs, running technique, self-massage & stretching tips, plus more to get you back on track as soon as possible. The reception staff including Brit, Elly & Cassie are also super lovely & accommodating at fitting you in for last minute & after hours appointments where possible. If you have a niggling injury I highly recommend these guys (as do many sporting teams around town who use these guys too - think Melb Storm, Melb Rebels, Northern Blues VFL etc)!!

You can go to the chiropractor and they'll adjust your spine the same way each visit for weeks. You can go to a generic Pilates class and do the exercises but are they a program that is working on what you need fixing? I have been attending Recover Sports Medicine for a short time, and working with expert physio Elle, and found that I'm seeing fast results in both posture, shoulder movement and core strength that are helping in everyday life and on the footy field. We started out with a number of individual sessions that included a combination of massage and exercise coaching and I have now progressed to small group classes working on my individual program with guided supervision. If you want to correct the real cause of chronic pain and weakness then get yourself to this clinic and change the way you move and enjoy life more.

They even said if you can't come today we can't book you anymore and go to the other hospital then. This is not the way patients like me should be treated.
