Here's why:…read more- it's clean, modern - on time, didn't have to wait long - the dentist (dr. deVries) communicates clearly and explains what he's doing while fixing things in your mouth. It's very reassuring and good to know! - everyone there is really nice - dental hygienist Alan is great - they're open late! I was pleasantly surprise to find out that they have appointments late up to 8pm I think. - they call to remind you before the appointment - easy central location at the top of Vondelpark by the ClubMed office. - cool photos on the wall :) I've gone here about 3 times now and it's been a consistently good experience.

So, I asked them can I get a refund, but no one able to give me any answer. Just said that the dentist don't see anything went wrong, so (I guess) I will not get refund. Unprofessional in so many level. I will never come back. :(

My first memory of going to a dentist was when I was about 10. My mom took me to a dentist and the…read moremoment I saw the dentist door swung opened, I ran for my life. Since then I always remember being nervous going to dentists or anything related to it. But since i got my braces done here, I've had such a blast every time I visit my orthodontist. And when I needed a dental implant, I decided to book my appointment here as well. The slowly I also change my dentist to this location. They have two locations. One in Keizersgracht and it is like the Apple Store of Dentistry. Free wifi along with iPads and iMacs for the guests to use. Everyone is extremely friendly and I was talked down to like most of my experience with dentists. The other location is their original location on Lassusstraat. And it's a cozy location also with wifi minutes the iPads and iMacs. My experience here has been wonderful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for any dental care. I'm not commissioned to write this glowing review. I'm just extremely pleased with all the services they've provided. During all my treatments they always keep me informed of what to expect and what they do to my teeth. I'm one of those patients that always want to know when something is done to my body and why things are done certain ways. And they're so informative and always helpful. Seriously, I'm glad I found them. I owe my smile to them. ;-)

Lets preface this with the obvious fact that no one likes going to the dentist. The sounds, the…read morepain, the awkward open mouth while trying to answer questions about how you brush and how your weekend was. The first time I went here was for an initial consultation, and standard x-rays since I hadn't had any in a few years. The receptionist isn't the most inviting person in Holland, but the dental hygienist and other staff are nice enough. It's clean, in a great location, and I'm always in and out in 20 minutes. Just went for a cleaning and while my dentists wasn't as gentle as I would have preferred, I think it's more a cultural thing, re: using flat-sided toothpicks until your gums bleed is apparently better than flossing! Who knew? Also, I'm used to rinsing and spitting, and this is more of a suction tool place. Was super strange for me, but I guess I'm just used to American dentists.
