It was all smashed and caved in and the rollers popped off. I was lucky it didn't fall on my car. I did manage to mostly close it, but I thought it was totally ruined and unfixable. The next morning, in -20 degree weather I called the two main places in town, one of them being door systems, and ended up having the most awesome conversation with Bob, who is amazing and helped me so much. I paid for emergency service instead of waiting till the next week for service, and they had a guy there in ONE HOUR!! And then, to my amazement, the tech that came transformed my smashed and non working door back into a fully functional, nearly normal looking garage door again! You can hardly tell it was smashed and bent previously! Obviously it has some dents and marks and to be perfect again two of the panels need to be replaced, but damn! You have to look hard at the door to see that! I'd almost just leave it be and not spend the money to completely fix it! It's that good. I'm impressed. Anyway, I'll probably get it fully fixed, but I just have to say I am very impressed with door systems, Bob, and the guy who came and fixed my door. And all this for only $165!! It's almost unbelievable for these days. I'll be doing business with Bob again!

Recently, I had some work I needed done right along the lines of what he does and that was re-staining the top of my porch railings that were starting to peel after four years. So I hired Joel to do the job at my house. Not only did Joel do a primo job, see pictures, but after he was finished, the rain moved in and some bugs came and stuck all over my railings. It was a disaster. I was worried, but I told him about it and he said he would come and do a little sanding and do a re-stain on a drier day. He was good to his word and he came and got rid of the bugs and added a third coat and now they look absolutely beautiful. So not only does Joel do excellent work, he stands by that work and he's proved to me that Customer satisfaction is his priority. Yes I paid him a little extra to come and finish, but he didn't know that at first. Plus the value was outstanding. J B contacted us right away and set up a bid meeting for a couple days later. After his evaluation of the job we got a bid from him the next day. I'm saying all this to show that they are quick to work with you. The amazing part is that they actually kept me in the loop on permits and followed up on schedule! The window looks and works great inside and out and was installed at a very reasonable rate. The work performed and customer service was way above and beyond the average I have encountered! Nick responded quickly to my call to service our HVAC system that failed during a heat wave. Told…read moreme he would be at our house next day (Thursday) to assess our system and provide a quote. He called before arriving, to confirm visit. Wanted to diagnose our AC unit, even though it wasn't a service call. Determined the capacitor was bad and compressor was not repairable. Checked our furnace and gave us a quote. I asked when and he wanted to confirm a cancellation early the next week. Called us and offered to replace our system Tuesday. Yep, Tuesday sent a message they were coming at 9 am. Nick and his technicians arrived on time and finished replacing our HVAC system by 5 pm. Very professional crew, courteous, and never stopped till the job was done. Clean up everything and hauled it away. I offered to give him a 5-star recommendation, but he said 4-star got more attention. So, here's the 4-star for an excellent installation. Highly recommended. And, he billed his quoted price.
