It's back to putting it out with the trash and thanks to Helena Recycling I can again feel as if I'm doing my small part. No more bags of this smelly stuff junking up my limited garage space. No more wasting two hours of my weekend loading up the truck and searching out the nearest drop off that isn't overflowing. I once again just put it out on the curb in the nice stackable bins you included with the deal and when I get back home from work it's magically gone. Thanks Helena Recycling for your excellent curb side service. It's totally worth the little bit you charge and hopefully with more and more people getting on board you'll one day be able to add glass as well. I left my can out on Thursday and Friday and they didn't pick it up. This week New Years day is also on Wednesday so I called on Monday and was told that they would pickup on Thursday. Today is Tuesday and the garbage truck just came through but nobody in the court had their cans out. They need to get their info straight and tell customers the right information. Now have to make a run to the dump to empty my full can. Is Tri County going to reimburse people for 2 weeks? Probably not.

I played concerts in Billings and Missoula and Bozeman, and definitely Bozeman was the most memorable and the one where I met the most people, supporters and what not, and had a great experience. It's a lovely small town that happens to be one of Montana's largest because of the way Montana is. It's incredibly lovely up here. You can't expect the kind of terrain that you'll get out in the west part of the state. It's starting to flatten out by the time you get to the Boze and become the plains at this point, but it's still very beautiful, open, unspoiled. It's basically the miniature Denver (or Cheyenne) of Montana, in that it's situated on the flatlands, but under the shadow of the looming Rocky Mountains to the West.

It hit with such force it left a big crater then by the end of the day it split up my windshield. I had my wife call this company to let them know. They took the info, and that was it. Several more calls later they started hanging up on her. I called them, and they hung up on me. I finally spoke to a Wayne in Risk Management at their corporate office in Great Falls. He started a claim. Zurich is their insurance company. Long story short, they lied and said that none of their vehicles were in that vicinity on that time and day. Denied the claim, and now I am stuck with a $400 windshield replacement. BEWARE when behind these trucks, the company will lie to get out of doing what is right!
