Saw this restaurant in the car from the outside the day before and decided to go the next night as…read moreit looked nice. First we ordered a bottle of white wine which came warm - which its not meant to be. Then we got a starter which was nice. Following that two of us got sea bass, both nicish. However one person on our table ordered venison and was asked how she would like it cooked, she said medium. Well - I have never seen anything like it, it came out blue. Fine she sent it back - came out again the exact same. Long story short she sent it back 3 times, only to be told the normal chef is on the holiday and the new chef doesnt know how to cook it. After about 45 minutes and ordering dessert they asked did she want anything else. She was put off having anything in the restaurant. Hardly an apology... then we tried to order the chocolate dessert on the menu and was told no you shouldnt order that he doesnt know how to cook that either. The only thing they did was make her a dessert (ice cream) then presumed myself and my partner wanted two plastic bought chocolate mooses because we asked for souflee, (We presumed they brought it to us for free because of what happened) and charged us 45 lira for both. Handled very poorly. Ruined our last night in Ankara
