I needed new prescription sunglasses for beach vacation. I called them to have last years eye exam sent to Sam's because they could have them back before my vacation. TAYLOR VISION refused to send over my eye exam per my request. The eye exam was not out of date but getting close. I was very upset with them refusing to release my medical records at my request. I was still willing to work with them despite this issue and scheduled an eye exam for 8:30 am in a Thursday. I was called to have my appointment cancelled 5 pm on Wednesday. I couldn't even use another vision center due to the late notification and had to explain the inconvenience to my supervisor who already scheduled for me to be out. I guess I'd be more forgiving if this was an emergency situation but they have been closed all week prior to and I didn't know. I don't recommend this business and will not be returning.

I'm sure they offer contacts but I'm can't comment on that service. Dr. Hill offers her services free of charge once a week to the homeless in downtown Fort Smith so I support her.

We got the glasses and they were heavier than expected. I stated we were not looking for a refund but not going to settle on glasses that hurt my wife nose. I asked where the lighter frames were and she pointed into the direction where all the glasses were. I asked if it would be too much for her to show us the frames she hesitantly did. She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. We did get her prescription and will be going somewhere else to get her some more glasses.

I've had Dr Robert before and I felt he didn't take his time to help answer my concerns so I switched to Dr Philpott. He always always takes his time to answer my questions and concerns. I have tons of allergies and dry eyes a lot of the time. He always recommends diff products to me and makes the extra effort to even write them down on paper for me and steps on how to use the product. He's recommended special fish oil for eyes to diff eye drops for me. He gives me samples to try and always gives me the latest contact solution and contact lens to try to help with dryness. Dr. Philpott is knowledgeable and cares about his patients.
