Leading up to the big day, Dara and Brendan were extremely communicative and reponsive. They called me a few weeks beforehand to run through a schedule of the day and took plenty of time to talk about detailed shots I did or didn't want included. Since they have a social media presence, I was also able to scope out some ideas of what shots I liked and wanted to capture. That was an awesome feature of working with them! For example, I knew I wanted some black and white veil shots, and they dedicated time for making that happen on the big day. On the day of the wedding, Dara and Brendan very seamlessly joined our wedding party and got to work! Since they work as a couple, they are able to get double the shots! Dara was in the bridal suite with the girls while Brendan covered the guys. It was awesome having shots of everybody getting ready and not feeling pressed for time. They also managed to capture so many details that I wouldn't have considered wanting photographs of, but now I'm so glad we have them (our flowers, table spreads, personalized matchbooks, the jewelry we wore). On our wedding day, they managed to get all of the shots we asked for in a timely manner without feeling rushed. Just a few days after the wedding, we received a preview!! That was super cool, because of course all you want to do after the wedding is see your photos. The entire album came a month or so later, but I thought it was very generous that they worked so quickly to send a preview. All of the photos were worth the wait- Dara and Brendan truly made art that will last us a lifetime. We wanted photos of our children and grandkids, each of the individual families and then separate photos with each family and us, the anniversary couple ... a myriad of combinations and a challenge for any photographer! We were extremely pleased and impressed with all the photos that Frank took and his creativity and attention for detail! Positioning everyone, at various locations in the garden and on the beach, while ensuring he was capturing the right light and that the background was perfect. Even more incredibly, he managed to get everyone in the group shots of 37 people, to all be smiling and look good ...that was simply outstanding! There wasn't one bad shot or any one person who was upset with their photo ... our entire group commented on his professionalism and creativity. Frank did all this in about 1 1/2 hours, at a reasonable cost and had the link to the photos available within 3 days so we could share his amazing, vivid photos with our family and friends! He makes the photoshoot a very relaxing, fun experience, capturing the best of you and making it look awesome. Unlike every other photographer in this city, he doesn't charge you a years worth of car insurance in photos, and will even touch them up with you in the room. He truly values the happiness of his clients and wants them to get the result they want, whether it be a headshot, a modeling shot for a portfolio, or something else entirely. He LISTENS to what you want and works WITH you. That alone sets him above other LA photographers. I cannot recommend him enough. AJ really cares about his work and always makes sure that you get a result you're happy with, regardless of time or budget constraints.

He is extremely easy going and works to ensure his clients are happy.
