Do not buy anything from this store!!!! I attempted to buy a dryer online and they do not have it in stock unlike their website stated. They refuse to refund my money and want me to buy one of their "suggestions" instead - which means another manufacturer. I have had to go through the credit card company as they are refusing to give me back my money. They are also impossible to deal with on the phone and will only try to make me buy another brand. Very helpful in my decision making and right through to the final sale. Delivery was prompt and good.. HOWEVER I have changed my review to a one. I need everyone to know about their scam of a warranty. I was told that my faux leather couch that I bought 2 years ago was under full warranty for 5 years. It is a very clear one that supposedly covers everything from personal damage, to rips and burns. A few weeks ago we noticed a tear in the material and contacted the store. They explained that as it was faux leather, it was not covered. They ran around me for two to three weeks, managers hiding from me and not returning calls to the fact that the warranty as seen below includes faux leather. I finally tracked down someone at head office and after 7 hours of waiting on hold over three days, Spoke to someone there. I emailed copies of my warranty, bill and pictures of the tears. They told me they were cracking, not ripping and cracking is not covered. You can spill paint on it, they will cover it, (supposedly), your kid can even stain it with urine and it is (supposedly covered... See picture) but if there is a manufacturing issue with material quality then you are totally Sol. I am so angry and am on a quest to ensure that other people are not getting lied to, ripped off and basically sucker punched. I have read stories of others in the same predicament and find it completely disgusting how a consumer can be treated. They are wonderful until they get your money. Then turn on you. We should give then a boycott and see how things turn for these partially corrupt businesses. I tell everyone I know, on social media and on the street about this and to go elsewhere. I'm even writing to cbc marketplace. Sorry for the rant but I don't want to see anyone else in my position. Edit. They sent me a reply to make themselves look caring and good. We went to many mattress and furniture stores but were disappointed at how much more this was going to be instead of just half the cost of a king. Bad Boy was the only store where the salesperson was interested and helped us make a decision. Then purchased another washer and dryer washer the spinner wings broke after awhile , dryer is good tho, Next a couch , love seat and reclyner well, reclyner broke and will not close without me having to push it close.... I purchased some time ago from this location overall the service was excellent form the manager and his staff and I'm very satisfied with my sofa chair and reclining chair for my Sponge Bob as my grandson calls my hubby. The only minus was they offered me a free tablet which I was going to buy anyway from another store but then learned it was 3rd party and is slower than me on a hot day. If u schedule them a delivery day, give them specific time otherwise u will be locked at home the whole day waiting. They charge $60 plus tax for a miss delivery. What a shame. Even i told the driver if he can come back and deliver last at my place because i was held at the lab for my pregnancy bloodworks for 3 hours which I didn't expect. I purchased a sectional on Jan 30th 2016 and as of March, the leather is literally peeking away. Head office allowed an exchange, however when finalizing the store attempted to doctor my contract and tell me I paid much less for my couch. I have proof of all payments and Invoices with the PROPER amounts on them. I honeslty am done with the entire negative situation and just want to return my couch for a refund. Sales manager also told me this newly selected couch would last much longer (once I paid the $300 additional) as IT was made in Canada, unlike the cheap China import I previously owned that i bought Jan 30. Website states everything is Canada made.... but imported cheaply from China. $2k on a couch... and no answers. Filed Consumer act of canada report, BBB report and also will be filing with the courts to recoup my money on the couch, warranty and delivery fee... and additional punitive damages. read more

When hired I was pretty much asked to promise not to leave as they didn't want to spend the money to "train" someone only to have them leave. Based on this I was expecting some kind of intensive training. During my less than 2 months working there the most intensive training I Recieved was when I was told to copy someone's notes on how to do the job. I will admit I did make some mistakes, that with proper training could have been avoided. There is also a woman whom works behind the desk that is so rude and condescending, not only to the employees but also to the customer's. I have never worked in a customer service position where so many of the team both management and customer service are horrible rise to the customers. I guess the bottom line is this. Bad boys needs to get with the times, update your computer systems and the way your bills are completed. Get rid of the paper. There are so many sales programs out there that you can rid your staff of trying to read sales peoples hand writing. Step up your training and actually give people a fighting chance to learn the job properly. read more

Hi, My name is Mohit. We had such a terrible experience with Bad Boys, we are never going to recommend this to anyone to get the furniture. They are truly unprofessional and least interested in catering the customer's issues. We are trying to get ours issues resolved since 4 months now but to no avail. There are 2 issues going on - 1. We bought a house and our old landlady sold us the dining table and sofa set and told us its still in warranty and I paid for it. She told us we can use the warranty if we come across any issues and recently we had one of the legs of dining table chair completely broken and our sofa mechanism is not working. We reached out to them in Dec 2017 and they told its still in warranty but we don't have this piece anymore so we will have to figure out some other way. The person we dealt with was George at Burlington office. Until March we went there each week and they said we will get back tomorrow and so but no one ever got back. Then we told them we will have to file official complaint so a lady Rimpi Sharma called us from Service Dept and after looking at everything she said we don't have anyone to pick up and don't worry we will solve this for you and all kind of promises in March 2018. I dropped the chair at the outlet and again after enquiring for more than a month about its status today April 6th, 2018 she says that we cannot fix it because we realized it not on your name, we don't care if that lady sold you the furniture but on our warranty card its her name so unless she only raises issue we won't look into that and if you want your chair you will have to pick yourself. We have been for 50 times to their outlet since December 2017 and today she replies back with this. What kind of game are they playing?? If this was the case why didn't they told us in December 2017 itself and they have not provided any proof which says that. 2. We purchased some new furniture in last November 2017 when there offer of free Las Vegas Trip was going on, its been 5 months now and we have been enquiring each week when can we get that coupon as mine and my wife's both of our birthdays are gone and we planned our vacations and everything and we never got back anything. They are just fooling around, not replying mails or anything. Then after 4 months George, there branch manager asks when the Bad Boys ever gave you this offer. When we showed them the proof on the invoice then again he was like ok I will look into this. Again its more than 2 months. #Lastman's Bad Boy: This review is for you......... Wow, where do I start. The sales staff in the store was fantastic. We spend over an hour selecting our new furniture. We decided since we had issues with our last reclining sofa to purchase the extended warranty. The only disappointment is that if you buy in store you pay $65 for delivery. If you order online it's free. Everything was fine until the product was delivered. As soon as the delivery guys left I tried the sofa - as recommended by the sales staff. And to my surprise one side was not working! I immediately called the customer service number. I was told that they would have their "repair" dept. contact me. 3 days later I heard from Brad. He offers me various dates and times to come out and look at the sofa. ALL appt's are for mid-day weekdays. They don't do evenings or weekends!!!!! So yes I work full time. What do I do now? I now need to arrange to be home or have someone home. Neither are free. I then wait 3 1/2 weeks for him to arrive. He looks at the sofa and yes, the reclining mechanism needs replaced. He will order the part and call when it is ready to install. You guessed it - 2 weeks later he calls to book another time. And you guessed it again, no evening or weekends. So here goes another attempt to get someone home for them to fix a sofa that was delivered broken. I have to wait again! 3 weeks for a spot. This appt. has not yet occurred, and I am not sure at this time if this hassle will be over. I am upset enough to email customer service 3 times during this process, with NO reply. NONE. Not one person there has reached out to offer an apology or anything. So between when i bought my sofa and it was delivered a took a friend to buy a new sofa from the same place. She too has had nothing but issues. Delivery guys damaged her door and refuse to take ownership, leaving her to cover the cost of repair!. As far as the actual sofa goes, it lacks in several ways, but most noticeable is that in many places the stuffing is so thin that the wood digs in. The actual seat and backrest are the only well padded spots. The foot rest and are rests are essentially just covered in cloth. So you know they say the best advertising is word of mouth. Contacted bad boy for extended warranty service on Mar 11...3 weeks later still waiting for repair of my dishwasher...service tech came out mar 19 and said he'd be back with parts 2 days later and never showed...for 2 weeks ive left emails and messages on Home Appliances machine which is who bad boy uses and no one answers the phone--only ans machine...I've received 1 phone call to date from Home Appliance only to tell me they're waiting on bad boy for authorization, yet bad boy tells me they haven't received anything from home appliance. read more

We picked out a great sectional, the salesman was good. The furniture came in 2 weeks early wonderful. Then we had it delivered, my wife told the guys to take the legs off the couch. They did not and damaged our new door frame. Dented and scratched for about 4 feet of the frame. 6 phone calls so far and no response.
