After speaking at length, with one of the sales lads on the phone, on the nice expencive 0843 number, we worked out a nice little travel rod and reel for me to take on the one holiday in years.
I dont know what kind of huge bag he was expecting me to take on a ryan air flight, but, what arrived was not what I ordered.
And with them not sending receipts for orders taken, no way of my checking what was coming.
So no fishing for me then.
Having been assured they would rectify the error when I returned, was ok, as mistakes can happen.
when I did return, I called and ordered a replacment, with the wrong order being picked up soon.
Great, untill an answer phone message informed me it was out of stock and due to be with me in ten days, er OK
Ten days on, NO delivery, but an email saying it is still out of stock and how do I want to proceed?
Two relatively small orders, fumbled.
I run a small part of a large familly business, run from the internet, its not that hard.
If it is, sort your system out.
