She is a dishonest manager who will destroy your business. ​Dear Management Team, ​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service I received at your restaurant today, July 4th. ​We had a 4:30 PM reservation and, as regular customers who visit your establishment while shopping in the area, we were looking forward to a pleasant meal. We always request outdoor seating on the right side of the patio to accommodate our dog. ​Upon arrival, the hostess refused to seat us in that area, claiming it was fully booked for other parties. It was clear to us that the area was not reserved, as there were no reservation markers on the tables. We had booked our table specifically to ensure we would have an appropriate spot for our needs. Despite our existing reservation and the availability of the tables, the hostess remained inflexible and unhelpful. ​Because of this experience and the poor treatment we received, we have decided that we will not be returning to your restaurant in the future, nor will we be recommending your establishment to others. Had to try the lobster seafood pasta dish when a friend suggested we meet here while I was in town. It did not disappoint. Though, I was a little taken aback by the amount of fish in the dish, but the sauce and pasta were perfection. The shrimp, mussels and lobster were great as well. I wished the lobster was as large as it appeared in some of the previous reviews on Yelp. Shrinkflation in 2026 might've affected the size of the lobster tail, but not the taste. The house red wine was wonderful and smooth. There is happy hour on the patio and in the bar area only. Probably a good thing cause I would've spent more $$$ on drinks. Mother's Day Was Ruined. And I Need the Owner to Know. Let me tell you something. I've worked in five-diamond restaurants. I've worked Applebee's got the pin to prove it. Fried chicken spots. Everything in between. So when I tell you what happened here, know that I'm not some customer who doesn't understand how restaurants work. I know exactly how they work. My best friend lives in Camarillo and honey, he has been raving about this place for months. Every time someone comes to visit, he brings them here. He made our Mother's Day reservations well in advance. Our party of six. This man has easily dropped thousands of dollars in this restaurant. He loves this place. Loved. We arrived early. Server was ok. Seated us at 11, full house, two-hour window we understood the assignment. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Everything came out hot and fast. We're laughing, talking, having the best time and then I look down at my plate. There is a bug. Crawling. Through my eggs. My son grabbed his phone and got the picture. My husband God bless him, shot up to find a manager because that's what you do. That's what any reasonable person does. He found her. Her name is Cheryl. And Cheryl said... "You should've taken it up with the server." Strike one. Then she walks over to our table with an attitude and before I can even hand her my plate, she looks at me and says, "How do you want your eggs?" Like I'm supposed to take the same food back. The food with the bug in it. I was stunned. Not just by the question by the energy. It was off putting. She was annoyed. Like somehow WE were the problem. My kids were horrified. My best friend, the man who loves this restaurant was completely embarrassed. I asked to look at the menu. I wanted something different. Reasonable, right? We waited. The server came back, completely in the dark, said something like "I guess something was wrong with your food?" Sweet kid. Felt terrible when we filled him in. I said I'd just take a burger. He said of course they'd remove the chicken and waffles. THEN he came back. "We're going to have to charge you for the burger." WTH, I thought he had lost his entire mind. He disappeared again, came back, apologized I believe he genuinely felt bad. This has happened before when I have been a server and a manager is more than happy to offer you another dish and take off the other one. But Cheryl? The manager? Never came back. NOT once. Instead, she made her rounds to every single table AROUND us. Laughing. Greeting people. Interacting with guests. For 15 to 20 minutes, we sat there and watched her deliberately avoid our table. And that's when it hit me the thing I didn't want to think. I looked around. Really looked around. And we were the only ones. WELL, I was the only one who was African American woman. Me and my kids. My bestie and my hubby are of European descent. I don't SAY that lightly. Honestly? It makes me sick to even say it. But I couldn't find another explanation. Neither could my friend, who sat straight up in his chair and saw it too up close and personal. He was angry. I had to calm everyone down and say this wasn't worth it. I canceled the burger. We left. It was the worst Mother's Day I have ever had in my life. I have never been treated like this before. It's 2026. People have diverse families. What happened?! To the owner -- I'm hoping you're not her, and I'm hoping you read this. Your friend lost a loyal customer who brought everyone he knew through your doors. You lost our table, our money, and our trust the moment Cheryl decided we didn't matter. The moment she decided that she couldn't be bothered. Really enjoyed this restaurant and it was a very last minute add during Mother's Day. Plenty of parking and was able to take advantage of the Tesla charging which is walking distance. The outdoor seating was perfect and really grateful of the host to fitting us in first thing in the morning since we came there at a spur of the moment. The food and the service were over the top! I had the breakfast burrito with tater tots, dad had the rib eye steak with fries, and mom had the lobster crab eggs Benedict's with mixed potatoes. All came up really quick for us to eat. And by far super amazing! Our waiter was on top of things and made sure we had our hot waters and soda topped off with many guests rolling in for Mother's Day! Love the outdoor seating and just seeing all the Mother's and grandmothers coming together to celebrate with the family. I ordered an appetizer of filet mignon bites and, for dinner, a roasted chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. Service by Theresa was impeccable. She made sure our first visit was amazing the first time. She was informative, honest, kind, funny and personable. She made great recommendations. My chicken was tender, hot, and juicy. The happy hour menus were reasonable. My friend and I ordered polenta lozanía and beef sliders from the happy hour menu. The food was good for the price. However, while eating the first of two beef sliders, I found a hair. Our server reported to the Manager, who asked me what I wanted. We were at our local outlets today and decided to try this restaurant we have seen for years but never tried. We are exceptionally happy we did. The restaurant is beautiful inside with a full bar, and the outside patio is very inviting with live music. Our server Victor was great and the manager Anita stopped by to make sure everything was good. We started with the seafood ceviche less the octopus. It was amazing. My husband loved his smoked rye old fashioned that had great presentation and flavor. The roasted s'mores martini is a full-on dessert moment! Flaming marshmallow, graham cracker rim, and very Instagram-worthy!! There's outdoor seating available and the heaters make it comfortable. Always running back to give credit where it's due. Had another wonderful dinner here a few weeks back for my birthday celebration dinner with friends and the Latitude team absolutely nailed it. We had a party of 9 and anytime you have a party larger than 6 I wonder how it'll be handled. Especially during the busy holiday season. Grateful to say that the restaurant and team confirmed that this is the perfect spot to celebrate with a larger group and to have an exceptional night. We were given a nice large table for 10 off to the side / behind the host stand divider, which was more private and intimate, exactly what my table was looking for. They also were accommodating of allowing some of my friends to come early (unbeknownst to me) to decorate and make the space cute....Side note: I literally have the best friends! Service was great and attentive the entire time. The restaurant was definitely busy, but they made time to ensure ample check-in, drink refills, and the most important thing to me when hosting a group this big is everyone's food came out together! That is always my expectation, but I totally recognize It is not easy to crank out nine different dishes and get them all plated and at table at the same time. I could tell my whole party was happy that we could eat together and everything came out exactly to order. The cocktails were perfectly crafted and delicious, and everyone was raving over the food. As I noted, we all ordered different things and everyone was super happy with their meals. I started with the pozole soup, which I'll definitely be back for any day of the week (fantastic gets this). I also had a well-dressed Caesar with the steak tips cooked perfectly medium rare, and it was delicious. I felt like I had a healthy meal, but everything was a 10 out of 10 in terms of flavor and presentation. Great casual dining experience! They're located near the Camarillo Outlets. My hubby and I had dinner here after watching a movie at the Regal a few mins away. There's a lot of parking spots, and they have a beautifully lit outdoor patio for summer nights. They had someone singing Frank Sinatra songs and it wasn't loud, not sure if he was lip-syncing, but he looked great, and dressed in a nice suit Highly recommend their lobster bisque! It was seasoned perfectly, came out nice and hot, with little pieces of lobster meat, crispy croutons and a couple fresh sprouts. I also love their sliced olive bread-so yummy- dipped in the soup. The Brie chicken was delicious,crispy, and cheesy. I couldn't really taste the Brie, but it was still amazing. It came with a side of velvety mashed potatoes and crispy veggies. We also tried their beef short ribs and could only finish half. The beef was so soft. The mushroom risotto was a wonderful side and was rich and buttery. The veggies were cooked perfectly. Cocktails are on point! We had their peach mango spicy margarita: strong, sweet and has a nice kick! We also had their smoked old fashioned - also strong and initially tasted a little biter but got sweeter as got to the bottom. Dessert: Butter cake was yummy! There are outdoor heaters but the environment was too cold for me and the child in our group. I ordered a NY strip medium rare with Chimichurri and Truffle Fries. Service was kind and the food was a bit slow to come out, but definitely worth it. Delicious! My food was very salty which I liked but I think next time I won't get the truffle fries and just get extra of the asparagus. So good! My sister ordered the AHI tuna salad and she gave me a bite. My review dropped a star only because we made a reservation for 10 people and the hostesses gave the table up to another group. They also called earlier to confirm we were coming so it was known we would be there. We waited for 20 minutes for tables to finish up. I could tell it was their error because the manager had to get involved. We were all able to order drinks and food. The drinks took a while to get and some drinks were forgotten and once we reminded the server two of the drinks weren't very cold and you could tell they have been sitting out at the bar. Lastly, for the person in our group whose birthday it was, we ordered green tea shots. The shots used Jameson and not well drinks. Each shot cost more than a cocktail and when we asked the bartender they said it was $16 for a shot. A margarita flight cost $26. The prices don't add up for such a small drink. We came here during lunch today and I was pretty disappointed. To start, the service was slow. We sat and waited several minutes before anyone came to our table despite staff walking back and forth right by our patio table. Our water went empty and we had to wait for a refill. The waitress asked if everything was good and continued walking by before we could finish answering. Finally the waitress came to clear plates and I left half of my Monte Cristo. My wife got the Brie chicken and liked her meal for the most part, liking the veggies the most. I'm glad since this was a birthday lunch for her. The side salad I got in lieu of fries was good, only 1 brown piece of lettuce, but it happens. The monte Cristo was one of the worst I've ever had. It came out soaked in grease, flimsy and mushy. The top half had some crunchy pieces on the top piece of bread, so I was able to eat that, although the bottom piece of bread was soggy. The second half was completely mush, just soaked in grease with no crunch to it. I took one bite and just couldn't do it anymore. Now I sit here, stomach gurgling, wondering when this abomination of a monte Cristo will take its revenge. Had today been my first time here I would have never returned. Walking in we saw that there was a comfortable dining room and outside seating as well. We were seated and started immediately with the bread. The Olive Bread was very good. I got the Spinach and Avocado salad with Blackened chicken. The chicken was moist and flavorful and i enjoyed the salad. I also had an Iced Tea. I am please that they have plain black, brewed ice tea. My wife had the Lobster Seafood Pasta. It was really tasty.
